    Midfielder

    Description

Renat Kharisovich Sabitov was born on June 13, 1985 in Moscow. Renat's first coach was Vladimir Kuzishchev. Sabitov graduated from the football school USK "Chertanovo", after signing a contract with the Moscow Region "Khimki". At that time, Khimki was coached by Ravil Sabitov. In total, as part of the Moscow Region team, Renat spent 2 seasons, speaking exclusively for the backup team.

The first serious step in his career was the transition in 2004 to another club near Moscow. In Ramenskoy “Saturn” the football player liked the coach of the backup team Nikolai Kiselev. With the ramenchan team, the player took 3rd place in the youth championship of Russia. In 2005, the player was rewarded for his efforts by getting the right to play in the main team of "aliens". Of the 30 matches of the Russian championship, Renat played in 16, another meeting fell on the Russian Cup. The young footballer was the discovery of Saturn. In the same year, Sabitov made his debut for the junior national team of Russia.

On May 4, 2006, Sabitov scored his first goal against… Spartak Moscow in the Russian Cup match. The striking game of the footballer could not be ignored, one of the first to pay attention to Renata was the “red and white”. The negotiations, which began in early December, ended on the 23rd, when a formal contract was signed. 2007 was one of the most successful years for the young player. Renat almost constantly got into the base of “Spartak”, and in May he was recognized as the best footballer in the camp of “red and white”. Received a footballer and silver medals in the Russian championship.

The problems began in the spring of 2008, when Renat Sabitov was put on a transfer. After Khimki's offer, the footballer was loaned to a club near Moscow. For Khimki, Renat played 17 games, after which he returned to the camp of the Moscow club in December.

In the 2009 season, the footballer continued to play for the “red and white”, having spent 19 meetings for “Spartak”.

A pupil of the Chertanovo football school, where he studied with the coach Alexander Vadimovich Kuzishchin. Sabitov also played in the Moscow national team, with which he won the youth championship of Russia. At the age of 16, he signed a contract with the Khimki club, which was coached by Ravil Sabitov. As part of Khimki, Sabitov spent 2 seasons, playing for the reserve squad, where he played 43 matches.

In 2004, Sabitov moved to the Ramenskiy "Saturn", having liked the team's double coach Nikolai Kiselev. The first season in the new team, he played for the double, winning the 3rd place in the tournament of the duplicate teams. Since 2005, Sabitov began to play regularly for the first team of Saturn, for which he spent 16 games in the Russian championship and 1 in the country's Cup. In May 2005, Sabitov was called up to the Russian junior team. Later he played for the youth team. On May 4, 2006, Sabitov scored his first goal at a professional level, hitting the goal of Spartak Moscow in the Russian Cup match with a kick in the fall.

In December 2006, negotiations began on Sabitov's transfer to Spartak. On December 23, he became a player for the "red-whites", for which he had been rooting since childhood. In the first season in "Spartak" Sabitov played regularly, having played 20 matches. In May, he was named the club's best player. In November 2007, in a friendly game with Elche, he suffered a fracture of the fibula, due to which he recovered for a long time, as a result of which he played only 3 games.

In July 2008, Sabitov was loaned to Khimki until the end of the season. For the Moscow Region club Sabitov played 17 matches.

In December, Sabitov returned to Spartak. He underwent a planned operation in order to remove the plate inserted during last year's operation. In the 2009 season, Sabitov played 19 matches for Spartak, competing for a place in the squad with Sergei Kovalchuk and Rafael Carioca. In 2010, another defensive midfielder, Alexander Sheshukov, moved to Spartak to compete with Sabitov.

On December 23, 2010 Sabitov moved to Tom. The contract was designed for 2.5 years, but a year later it was terminated, as "Tom" was unable to fulfill its contractual obligations. During the year with Tom, Sabitov played 27 matches in the Premier League and 1 in the Russian Cup.

On February 2, 2012 it became known that Sabitov had signed a contract with Siberia until the end of the season. For the Novosibirsk team, Sabitov played 9 matches.

On June 30, 2012, Sabitov returned to Tom, having signed a contract for 1 year. On July 23, Sabitov scored his first goal for the team from Tomsk, hitting the gates of Siberia, and thus brought Tom a victory in the Siberian derby over his former club.

Sabitov missed the entire 2013 due to a serious knee injury, thus having played only 7 matches of “Tom” in the Russian championship in the 2013/14 season. In July 2014 he became the captain of the Tomsk club.

On the eve of the start of the new season, the Mordovia players decided that the captain's armband would decorate the sleeve of Renat SABITOV's shirt. The 31-year-old has a rich biography behind. The one who is entrusted with leading the Saransk team under any circumstances tells about what preceded Sabitov's transfer to Saransk and how the captain was elected. The focus of attention, of course, is the first match of the season, with a smooth "bridge" to the meeting with "Spartakom-2".

    - Renat! Let's start over. You took your first football steps at Chertanovo, then there were Khimki, Saturn, Spartak ... And who brought the new Mordovia captain to football ?!

Mum. It so happened that my brother by that time was already studying at a football school. In general, we have a sports family: dad played football, mom went skiing. Therefore, I also needed to somehow determine the sport.

    - How did your brother get on with his career?

You scored your first goal of your career while playing for Saturn. At the gates of "Spartak". Later you admitted to reporters that you don't remember this goal at all.

Yes, the 2006 Russian Cup semi-final. The ball jumped out at me. I understand that you need to hit as quickly as possible. I mentally imagine where the gate is, and I hit. The team starts to rejoice - it means they hit. And the very moment, as the ball crosses the goal line, I did not see.

    - And in December of the same year, Spartak decided to sign a contract with you. Who did the invitation come from?

From Vladimir Grigorievich Fedotov. Blessed memory of him. He was a wonderful person. I remember him very often.

    - Tell us about the transition to Mordovia. How did it all fit together ?!

After the last season we talked to my agent - Alexei Nikolaevich Safonov. We were looking for options. It so happened that I missed the home camp in Saransk. Perhaps, at this moment, negotiations were underway with other teams. Then they found out that Dmitry Nikolaevich Cheryshev was interested in me. I also did not mind working together, as we had communicated before.

    - Did you receive any offers from abroad or from the Premier League?

I had negotiations with foreign clubs before. In general, you should rather contact the agent with this question. We only considered specific proposals with him. Last year, it so happened that we hoped and waited for a long time, and in the end I spent almost two months without work. Therefore, we have now clearly decided for ourselves: if there are specifics and the proposal suits us, then we immediately sign a contract.

    - The team chose you as the captain. Whom did you give preference to ?! They usually don't vote for themselves ...

For myself, of course, it was not in my thoughts to vote. Personally, I saw the captain in Maxim Astafiev. But somehow he himself immediately refused. Maxim is both older and more experienced, and he has a certain weight in the team. Plus Ilya Cheban! Because he is not here for the first year, he already knows everything, is very sociable and always sets the guys up for the positive. We chose him as vice-captain, because our team constantly “turns on” in an amicable way. Many people think that being a captain means putting on a bandage and that's it. Of course not! In fact, there is much more responsibility here than some kind of privilege.

Let's move on to the starting match. Our team had noticeably more control over the ball, attacked a lot, but failed to score in the end. Why is that?!

When we flew back from Vladivostok, we managed to talk about it, and weighed everything well. It is clear that nothing can be changed. But the guys, including myself, were very upset by this defeat. It was necessary to score. If we could do it, maybe the game would have gone completely different. Returning to Saransk, we analyzed the match and understood where and what our flaws were. We are looking for the cause of defeat only in ourselves. I think we will definitely fix the situation. The necessary adjustments have already been made.

It was clear from the game that the Mordovia team is functionally well prepared. They gave Ray a little to hold the ball at the end of the first half, and in the second they steadily locked the opponent in his half of the field. True, there Luch has already played to keep the score. Were these moral and strong-willed qualities or the result of class preparation for the season?

The coaches ask us to play for 95 minutes. From start to finish! Until the final whistle blows. We subconsciously keep this in our head. Usually. And we stick to it all the time. We talk a lot about this among ourselves, it is properly tuned. Our task, regardless of what minute passes and what the score is on the scoreboard, is to bend our line, invariably act at the maximum, constantly attack. This is our football.

And yet, in the last 5-10 minutes, the team was wrong, no, no. Perhaps due to the fact that you are still under stress?

Partly. And also this is the first official match, the desire to change the score as soon as possible, and therefore the excitement. The whole team prepared at a brisk pace, spent a lot of energy, were charged for the game. Therefore, naturally, they wanted more. Perhaps this is where the mistakes come from.

    - By role you are a defender, but played in the support zone.

We discussed it with the coach in advance. We decided that I could act both there and there. In general, I am ready to take any position, if it does not harm the general team interests.

You were a Spartak player and it's no secret that you are a fan of it. Will the match with the “red-white” understudies be something special for you?

Not with understudies, but with the second team. (Smiling). I think they may be offended by the definition of "understudy". With age, I must admit that every meeting becomes important. And the day of the match is always special. Like a full-fledged holiday. Of course, I have a lot of pleasant memories. It is possible that I will meet with old acquaintances. Therefore, yes, there is such a thing. For me, this is a match with a special touch.

    - Do you know any of the players of the second team?

To be honest, I didn't really follow them. And we have not yet analyzed the previous match of Spartak-2. The guest duel with Luch has just been sorted out.

You have a very busy career behind you. Tell me, were there any football players or coaches in it that you remember with something special? Evgeny Bashkirov, for example, is said to be very fond of reading.

In "Tom" with Bashkirov we played together. On the topic of reading, you can really talk to him endlessly. A unique person, of course. In general, I was probably very lucky that every coach I worked with gave me a lot - probably both in football and in life. Starting with a child mentor and ending with today. And if you start remembering each one now, it will take a lot of time. I'm just very glad that these people appeared in my life.

    - Who influenced you the most? Precisely as a coach.

First, of course, Alexander Vadimovich Kuzishchin - still in a children's school. Then Tarkhanov. At Saturn, Alexander Fedorovich, it turns out, opened the way for me to big football. Well, Fedotov, of course, at Spartak - as I have already said. Again, I am happy that fate brought me together in football with wonderful people, real professionals in their field. Believe me, there are many of them.

What are Dmitry Cheryshev's distinctive character traits? What characterizes the head coach of Mordovia the most ?!

There are such features. But I don’t know if all such secrets can be disclosed. (Smiling). First of all, it is that he is a man of discipline. And also the battery man. He is constantly in motion, constantly keeps himself and us in good shape. At each training session, I was constantly in search, studying something, encouraging us, turning us on. Emotionally similar to the Spaniard coach who constantly waves his arms during the match, promptly prompts his players. As if he is on the field! And I can also note that all the main points are communicated to the team in a very accessible way. When there is mutual understanding, the workflow gets high dynamics.

First, it is the stadium. (Laughs) The most visited and therefore the most beloved place for us. In general, it is pleasant to walk to the "Start" along a large pedestrian zone - from the university buildings. A musical fountain, then in the direction of the Ushakov temple, past the eternal flame and down the cobblestones, where there is a monument to Pushkin. A lot of beautiful things along the way come across.

    - Thank you very much for the interview, Renat. Good luck in the upcoming games!

I can only thank you in return. Cheer for us, come to support the team at the stadium. We will try to please the fans with beautiful football and victories.

    Interviewed by Ivan ZHIDOV

    Sabitov Renat Kharisovich. Defender, midfielder.

Pupil of the sports school "Chertanovo" (Moscow). The first coach is Alexander Kuzishchin.

    Clubs: Khimki Khimki (2001 - 2004, 2008), Saturn Ramenskoe (2004 - 2007), Spartak Moscow (2007 - 2008, 2009 - 2010), Tom Tomsk (2011, 2012 - ... ), "Siberia" Novosibirsk (2012).

Played 2 matches for the Russian Olympic team.

THE DEBUTANT IS NOT SCARY WITH SUCH PARTNERS

This season, a whole group of players from the club's double got a chance to prove themselves in the Premier League, but only Renat Sabitov managed to gain a foothold in the first team. In addition, the young footballer began to be constantly involved in the Russian youth team. There, as a rule, he plays in the usual position of a supporting midfielder. But at the heart of "Saturn" Renat, oddly enough, made his debut as a full-back. Then he played in the middle line, so the universalism of a football player, who in relation to the Moscow Region club can be safely called the main discovery of the season, cannot but win over.

I started playing football at the age of 9 at the Chertanovo sports school with coach Alexander Kuzishchin, and after graduation I played for Khimki in the KFK tournament, ”says Sabitov.

How did you get to Saturn from the third division?

The viewing went well. Everything was decided at the final pre-season training camp, when the team was headed by Nikolay Kiselev. Maybe they left me because there weren't enough people (laughs).

What achievements at that time could you boast of?

Any success is remembered. And third place in last year's tournament of understudies, and a victory in the youth championship of Russia as part of the Moscow national team, and first place at the Games of the CIS and Baltic countries, although I played a little at the last tournament.

You made your Premier League debut this year. What do you remember from the very first match?

Very strong support from the team and coaches. Before the game, both the base players and the team-mates from the double were supportive. Already on the field, Viktor Onopko was always ready to help. However, expressing gratitude, I can safely list almost the entire application list of "Saturn".

How did they begin to perceive the ratings in the newspapers?

It's always interesting for me to watch them. Moreover, this is one of the additional incentives. In general, I try to listen. To the family, which is always there, to the coaches, teammates. Any opinion is useful.

Six months in the Premier League allows us to say that you have grown as a football player during this period?

I don't think I have the right to judge this. From the outside, as they say, you know better. In confidence, I agree, I added, but this is the merit of the coaching staff and partners. Saturn has a great team.

In addition to your place in the main squad, you also regularly received calls to the Russian youth team.

Each call to the national team is an event for me, as for any football player. When the first invitation to Andrey Chernyshov's team followed, it was a pleasant surprise. It seems that I watched this team only on TV, and now I myself am part of it. I think that every match for the youth team brought me some benefit. True, the experience is still small - only two halves. One against Latvia, the other against Portugal.

At one time you played in another national team - with Ravil Sabitov. There were enough jokes about the same names from the partners?

Those who did not know that we were just namesakes asked: "Will my father call for a meeting?" (Laughs.) However, even when everyone became aware of the lack of family ties between me and the head coach, the partners did not stop joking.

The difference between the club and the national team at first was in your role on the field. In the double and in the youth team, you acted in the usual position of a defensive midfielder, and in the Premier League you began to master yourself as a full-back. How difficult was it to rebuild?

For me, entering the field in Premier League matches was a real happiness, so I didn't even think about the position. In addition, it is easier for the coach to determine where the player is able to bring benefit to the team. And with partners like Saturn, it didn't take long to adapt in defense. Football is a team game, and partners kept mistakes to a minimum.

Where is it more convenient for you?

Since school, I have always played in the center of the field, but I am ready to play where they put it.

Interestingly, defenders, by definition, are more likely to break the rules, and as a defensive player, you are injured.

This is football, where it is impossible to predict everything in advance. And in that episode, most likely, the fault of the opponent was not. I landed badly myself.

They returned and immediately got a place in the first team. Happy with the season ending?

Every year leaves something good in my memory, and this time I have enough positive emotions. One debut in the Premier League is worth a lot. And what are my teammates! Having got to know them better, I was once again convinced that they are not only great players, but also amazing people. In addition, in "Saturn" I was given a chance to prove myself. And, of course, I would like to thank our loyal fans for the support and patience.

During this time, the fans managed to recognize the footballer Sabitov. What are your hobbies in ordinary life?

Family comes first in life. V free time I try to communicate with friends. With those with whom he studied at school, and with teammates. And if we talk about a hobby, then, perhaps, I can say that I am fond of cinema. But I find it difficult to name my favorite actors or any films: I like almost everything.

You have one interesting touch: the absence of a mobile phone.

    - (Laughs.) This is perhaps the most difficult question of yours. By the way, it is often asked to me by friends. I answer that I did not deserve it. And I don't see the need yet.

Based on how you progress, you can tell that you are a trained footballer. How was your progress at school?

Studying at the Youth Sports School, I spent more time in training, but I also tried not to miss the lessons. Thanks to the teachers who gave us some favors. Now I understand that when they really demanded, they tried for us. And now I'm studying at the Moscow State University of Physical Culture in Malakhovka. At least I'm trying to do it.
