• Nikolay Kapranov: “There is disappointment from the season, but there are no complaints about the guys. Dmitry Volkov: A month with Tetyukhin in the same room is the best school of life

    02.01.2022

Nikolay Kapranov, the director of "TORCH", tells about the unfinished "Kimerov's case", the invitation to the team of the Italian Cry and the club's tasks.

Recently, the Novy Urengoy "TORCH" has been in the spotlight. It's not even about the team's pretty decent results and not about winning the Challenge Cup. An unusual noise was caused by the story of the diagonal team, Alexander Kimerov, who was dropped in Samara from the plane of the low-cost airline "Pobeda" because of his tall (215 cm) height. If Vladimir Zhirinovsky remembered this case from the rostrum of the State Duma, then we can assume that something extraordinary has happened. Director of "TORCH" Nikolay Kapranov in an interview with "Championship" told how the scandalous story ended, what is expected from the Italian head coach and the goals of the team in the championship.

"The police demand from Kimerov to appear for interrogation"

    - Scandalous stories with "Victory", judging by numerous reports, continue. And what is the state of the "Kimerov case" in which the Investigative Committee is interested?

    - Today the passions have subsided somewhat. But some things still affect the normal training process of the player, and the whole team. Sasha is constantly being tugged and called somewhere. When registering tickets at Sheremetyevo airport a few days ago, when the team flew to Novy Urengoy for the final match of the European Cup with the French "Chaumont", the police escorted Kimerov to the line department. Fortunately, the team manager was next to him, they once again took a statement from Kimerova and presented him with a summons demanding to appear immediately for interrogation in Samara. Otherwise, it was stated in the prescription, the player will be forcibly delivered to the place of the call. We even laugh about this: either the volleyball player is dropped from the plane, or they are going to be forcibly delivered for interrogation. And this despite the fact that Kimerov has repeatedly given explanations for what happened, like many witnesses - the passengers of the plane. And every single one is in favor of the player.

And in Novy Urengoy, Sasha was interrogated at the request of the Samara investigators. We do not give up anything. But I would like to have an adequate understanding that we have serious playoff matches ahead. Our lawyers drew up a letter in which they said that the player would be busy until the end of the championship and would not be able to appear on a summons. I guess everyone understands that the situation is not worth a damn. We received a huge number of letters from the passengers of the flight, and simply from citizens from all over the country in support of the player and the team. And the girl who invited Sasha to change places called and said that she had already been in Samara for interrogation and told the investigators that the incident was provoked by the flight attendant. Lawyers also approached us with a willingness to help. But we are not going to inflate this matter and want to leave the player and the team alone. It is more important for us to defend the honor of the region and the country as a whole in sports competitions, and not to sue for an idiotic reason. Despite all the troubles, we were able to win the European Cup.

"The fact that Kimerov was not allowed to practice is a misunderstanding."

    - "TORCH" became the first Russian club to win the Challenge Cup. And the fact that almost half of the TORCH volleyball players are included in the extended list of candidates for the Russian national team also speaks in favor of the team.

    - It's really very nice that five players were included in this number - Yegor Klyuka, Dima Volkov, Ilya Vlasov, Sasha Kimerov and Vadim Likhosherstov. Three volleyball players from the youth squad were preparing for the European Championship, which is starting the other day. And we have done and continue to do everything so that the representation of "TORCH" in the national team will only increase. For example, the head coach and doctor of the national team contacted us to take care of Vlasov, who had not yet fully recovered from knee surgery. And you probably noticed that Ilyusha did not appear in the starting lineup in the final matches with the French. But the player himself was eager to fight, and, albeit for a short time, the coaches released the blocker to the court. However, in the person of Vanya Yakovlev, Vlasov turned out to be a worthy replacement.

    - The opportunity to host rivals in the new sports complex "Zvezdny", which had been idle for a long time, became a great help. But the next day after the finals, the same Kimerov, who came to the gym to work out in his free time, was not allowed there, motivating the refusal by the fact that this time was allotted for paid groups.

    - This is really some kind of misunderstanding. I must say that the management of the sports complex is only building its structure, of course, they need to earn money, cover the costs of maintaining the sports palace. But at the same time, there should be an understanding that the main priorities should be given to volleyball, the only game Olympic sport. It is good that we have managed to agree so far that we will pay the required amount. But I hope that this will not happen again.

"Cry is a very strict coach"

    - Out of 14 Super League clubs, only TORCH and Dynamo Moscow decided to change their coach during the regular season. What caused the change? And why was the Italian specialist Camillo Crying at the head, and not someone else? Albeit an Italian, but with knowledge of the Russian language. After all, there was already a precedent when the "TORCH" was led by Ferdinando De Giorgi, or simply Fefe, who did not succeed. And now Fefe headed the Polish national team.

    - Many volleyball experts know that the team had a difficult period related to finances. And the first task was to overcome this crisis and try to develop further. We were able to cope, paid off all debts, not to the detriment of the result - last year we took fifth place. And Igor Chutchev, who led the team lately, coped with his task. But it was clear that the skill of the players was growing, and they already needed a more experienced specialist to move forward. The next step had to be taken. This was not a spontaneous decision, we thought for a long time, choosing from several candidates. And when the option appeared to invite a coach, I believe, of a world level - the Italian Camillo Plachi, an experienced specialist, we were hooked on him. We have a complete understanding with Igor Sergeyevich, we have discussed a similar option with him before. In short, Chutchev was ready for such changes. And in favor of Crying, he said that he had already worked with the Russian national team, helped Alekno at the Beijing Olympics, and with the Bulgarian national team he took fourth place at the London Olympics, the highest in the history of this team. There is a language barrier, but this is a question that can be resolved. Camillo will definitely learn Russian. But while everyone understands each other - the players of the coach, the coach - the players.

    - Do you have a feeling that the team has improved with the arrival of the Italian?

    - I'm not a coach, but progress is obvious. Moreover, Cry is a very strict coach. Immediately after the victory in the Challenge Cup, they immediately stopped the players who wanted to relax, announcing that a difficult playoff series with Ural was ahead.

    - What task did you set for the new coach and the team as a whole?

    - We always set maximum goals. And they identified them even before the start of the season: to compete for two cups - a country and a European one and win medals in the championship. We managed to cope with one - the Challenge Cup became ours. Now the task is to get to the "Final Six", on the way to which we have to fight with the team from Ufa. In any case, a tough rivalry awaits. And a lot will depend on the form in which the teams come up to the final tournament of the club season.

    Interviewed by Lev ROSSOSHIK

This guy is only 21 years old, but he already had to go through a lot to prove his right to wear the uniform of the Russian national team.

    "MOTHER'S DECISION IS NOT DISPUTED"

    - Why did volleyball become a priority sport for you from the very beginning?
    - Yes, I didn't have much choice: my mother in the first grade insisted that I go to the volleyball section. It was her decision, and I had no right to disobey. My mother graduated from Malakhovsky infizcult, at one time she was engaged in athletics. And her friend coached volleyball players. And my mother brought me to her. However, my mother taught me the basics of the game, and from the age of six I was already standing at the wall and practicing with the ball.

    - But your uncle, the famous volleyball player Yevgeny Petropavlov, certainly played a certain role in this choice?
    - At that time he played for Nova from my native Novokuibyshevsk. And from the fifth grade, I did not miss a single match of this team - I served balls, wiped the floor. I tried to be like my uncle all the time, spent a lot of time with him, asked the questions that interested me.

    - Did your mom put you in the Fakel club system again?
    - I had offers from other clubs as well. But my mother went to Anapa, where the Fakel youth team was based at that time, she liked everything there, and together with the coach they decided that this option was the best for me. So at the age of 16 I left home to start a new life.

    - Who else from today's players of your team started with you then?
    - Ilyusha Vlasov. He came from Ufa. The rest of the guys, from those who go to the site with me today, were added a year later.

    - So you finished school in Anapa?
    - Yes, I studied there in the 10th and 11th grades, and then immediately entered the University of Physical Culture in Krasnodar, where I still continue to study. But I'm going to defend my diploma next year. I was not alone: after leaving school, many of the guys went to college and some to university.

    - And you found yourself in the junior team quickly enough?
    - In the first year of playing for the "Torch". Since childhood, I dreamed of wearing a T-shirt with the word "Russia" and was proud when it happened. At 16!

    - But very soon there was a misfortune - a back injury.
    - I must admit that my back bothered me before. But I was in pain. Moreover, she appeared sporadically. At some point, when we were preparing for the World Cup in Mexico, I already felt unwell all the time. But in the championship I played all the matches, we won gold. And upon returning home, I realized that something had to be done. After visiting a number of doctors in Moscow, who, after examining, were recommended to finish volleyball and go to school, I concluded that it was useless to turn to Russian traumatologists with serious problems. In other countries, they recommended doing the operation, but at the same time they did not give a 100% guarantee that after it I would be able to play. And then Gurgen, the doctor of the Russian national team, found a clinic in Switzerland, where - thanks to our All-Russian Volleyball Federation - we went for another examination. It was there that they decided that the operation was not needed, and developed a clear program of treatment and rehabilitation. And for six months I had to follow all the instructions of the Swiss doctors at home, in Novokuibyshevsk.

    - Why not in the club?
    - This is not a question for me, but for the then leadership of Fakel. My services were actually refused. Probably, they did not believe that I would be able to return to duty. And at that moment Nikolai Vasilyevich Kapranov, at that time the manager of the youth teams of Russia, helped, who was able to get a referral for rehabilitation in one of the sanatoriums near Moscow, in which I spent a month. Plus, for another month personally with me at Volya Grad, again not without the participation of the VFV, Alexey Sergeevich Konstantinov, the current Fakel physical training coach, trained. Since then, I have not experienced global back problems.

"JOINED IN THE COMPOSITION AT THE YEARS OLD"

    - But injuries, it seems, do not let you go all the time. Here you have your arm in a cast again. And before that there was a fracture, again on the right hand.
    - Yes, and very close to today's turning point. It happened two years ago in my first season in the Super League. But I hope that all these ailments are not as serious as that back injury.

    - After a year of treatment, you still returned to the Novy Urengoy club.
    - Not right away. At first I was invited to the training camp before the European Championship Sergey Konstantinovich Shlyapnikov. We won the tournament, I was looking for a club. But what was offered did not suit me. And I ended up in Fakel, again not without the participation of Alexander Mikhailovich Yaremenko.

    - How would you rate your debut in the Super League?
    - For the first season, everything was successful: I quickly became a player in the squad, at the age of 18. And this despite the fact that the team included quite experienced guys of the same role - Dima Krasikov, Anton Fomenko. In general, everything turned out in the best possible way, and I even received an invitation to the student team, which also played at the first European Games in Baku.

    - Do you remember how your invitation to the first team to the pre-Olympic training camp came about?
    - It was known in advance about the extended list of candidates. I was glad to see my last name in it. And we discussed the chances of each of the guys. And between us it turned out that I had to go to the training camp. And when the club received a challenge letter and forwarded it to me, the dream of a lifetime was nowhere closer.

    "Oh, RIO, RIO!"

    - Did you believe that you would compete with more experienced players and get the opportunity to travel to Rio?
    - Initially, when I was going to Anapa, I thought more about the experience that I would get from the training of Vladimir Romanovich Alekno and communication with experienced "collectors". Especially with Sergei Yuryevich Tetyukhin. After all, it was the idol of my childhood, and so we ended up in the same team together, and at the Games also in the same room in the Olympic Village. Even during training at Volya Grad, I experienced some awkwardness when I left the gym before him. At first I tried not to bother about Rio, but in the course of classes I felt that I was no worse than others, I was not inferior to many in anything, and in something else I was superior. Then I realized that being in the Olympic dozen is quite real for me.

    - Almost until the last day, there were 16 players in the squad, of which only 12 could go to the Games. When did Alekno announce the final squad?
    - The day before departure. But by this moment in relation to myself as a coach, I felt that Vladimir Romanovich trusts me.

    - What is your impression of the first Olympics?
    - First of all, I would like to thank Vladimir Romanovich once again that he believed in me, that he included me in the line-up. Many complained about the living conditions and other inconveniences. I liked everything. I walked with my mouth open. The main thing is that I participated in the Olympics, plunged into its unique atmosphere. It was cool.

    - What, in your opinion, prevented the Russian team from performing better at the Games?
    - It’s probably too early for me to answer such questions.

    - But you probably have your own opinion?
    - Most likely, it is a matter of injuries. Dima Mussersky could not go at all, and Max Mikhailov could not perform at full strength. He missed almost all of the training. He stayed in the gym for a long time - a real workaholic. But to play the way he acts, for example, today, in Rio, he could not.

"It's a shame THAT I WILL STAY WITHOUT VOLLEYBALL FOR TWO MONTHS"

    - You spent the beginning of the season very strongly. And, if not for the injury, they could remain the true leader of their team.
    - I myself feel it. The pre-Olympic summer camp helped a lot. The coach revealed to me a lot of nuances that helped me to look at my game differently. I know about my mistakes that I make. Now I work on them a lot in training.

    - And then this ridiculous injury. What do the doctors say?
    - That a month will have to be spent in a cast, and then another month will go to rehabilitation.

    - Now you have free time. What do you do? What are you reading, for example?
    - I was lucky to live with Tetyukhin in the same room. And I got to know him no longer as a player, but as a person. This is a truly outstanding personality, even unique. So that's where he gave me Dan Brown's Inferno to read. I defeated this book for the Games. I just finished reading Usain Bolt's autobiography. In general, I really like to read autobiographical works.

    - Perestroika awaits the Russian team. Have you seen any guys in the current national championship who could join the national team, replace the veterans?
    - Nikita Alekseev added very coolly. Few expected him to shoot like that. I happened to play side by side with him. But then he did not act so strongly. And in "NOVA" he opened up. Handsome, happy for him. And Vityok Poletaev looks very cool.

    - Is it important for you who will lead the Russian national team?
    - Not. The main thing is that I myself must prove that I can help our national team.

    Interviewed by Lev ROSSOSHIK

The Volleyball Federation of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug is now, one might say, experiencing a rebirth. For the first time in the history of the existence of a "flying ball" in Yamal, the Arctic International Children's Volleyball Tournament will be held here, in which teams from Russian and foreign cities will take part.

This significant event, as well as many other plans and hopes of the regional federation, were told by its president Nikolai Kapranov.

Nikolai Vasilievich, you headed the federation in 2016. What farm did you inherit? What has become your top priority in your new position?

The YNAO Volleyball Federation has existed for a long time, but, unfortunately, it practically did not work. Having become the director of the volleyball club "TORCH", I got to know the region better and after a while realized that we need to establish a connection with the younger generation here, and for this it is necessary to reorganize the federation, make it function. Of course, the post of president of a public organization added a volume of work to me, but it needs to be done if we want our sport in the region to reach a qualitatively new level.

    - And what is this level? What tasks do you set for the federation?

The main task of any regional federation is to involve the maximum possible number of children, adolescents and youth in systematic classes in their chosen sport, to popularize their sport so that boys and girls come to sports schools, train and see the future. For this, for example, we invited from Moscow a very experienced children's volleyball coach, Vladimir Nikolaevich Merzlyakov (ZTR), to train with the younger generation, and also pass on the richest experience to his colleagues.

    - That is, the problem of coaching staff exists?

Our coaching staff, first of all, needs rejuvenation - the work of experienced specialists should not be lost, they need to pass on their experience and raise a worthy replacement for themselves. It is also necessary to improve the qualifications of coaches and judges. Joint meetings and seminars should be held, especially since these events can be tied to the games of the Super League teams at the Torch home court. We plan to invite the coach of the Russian national team, Sergei Shlyapnikov, to the children's tournament. It is very important that not only children and their parents, but also coaches see the movement forward in the development of our favorite sport.

The example of the players of the volleyball club "TORCH" certainly ignites the eyes of young guys - they see with their own eyes what can be achieved if you truly love your sport and train hard.

Of course, this is a great incentive for children. Superleague matches are held in Novy Urengoy, where you can see the game of the highest class. Now many players of the club are included in the national teams of Russia - from youth to national. But this was facilitated by spot work. And we need to develop volleyball in Yamal on a massive scale. And in our region, where there is a professional club, children's volleyball must also develop. Volleyball is the only Olympic game sport in our region, and if it is provided with the necessary support, the training of Yamal athletes can be brought to a qualitatively new level. There are children here who have all the necessary qualities and are able to achieve a lot in volleyball.

    - And now what results are the Yamal guys showing?

In the 2016-2017 season, the team of boys born in 2000-2001. for the first time in the history of the participation of senior youths in the semifinal stage of the Russian Championship, she won the 3rd place - this is already a success for us. So far, unfortunately, in general, the level of training of our children's teams does not allow to travel somewhere outside the Ural Federal District, so far it has not been possible to go further. The guys do not fully see Russia, and no one has ever come here to us. But how will children grow in skill if they do not start fighting strong opponents? Stereotypes that travel to Yamal is far and very expensive must be broken. And we have already begun work in this direction: we received the support of the regional authorities and established an international volleyball tournament for the Yamal Governor's Cup, which we plan to hold at the end of September. All 8 invited teams have confirmed their participation, and for the first time in 20 years of the existence of volleyball in Urengoy, so many young athletes from Russia and abroad will come to us.

    - In addition to the Governor's Cup, are there any other regional tournaments where children can test their strength?

We are now working to streamline the work of the RPO "RFV YNAO" on the development and popularization of children's and youth volleyball on the territory of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. For this, a unified regulation has been developed for holding a full-fledged championship of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug among boys and girls in volleyball for all ages in accordance with the EWSC. These ages correspond to the holding of the Russian Championships. But here everything is not so simple - our region is complex with complicated transport logistics. You can only travel between some cities by plane, which is not cheap. Some teams do not have the budget to travel to the competition site. We sent our proposals on this matter to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, we have some ideas on how to optimize this process.

    - For instance?

To identify the strongest athletes and form sports teams of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, it is necessary that all teams, without exception, participate in the championship of the okrug, therefore, firstly, it is necessary to hold the championship where everyone can get and relatively inexpensively. In the meantime, we have difficulties even with determining the venues for the championships of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. For example, if Labytnangi undertakes to hold the championship at home, then all three teams from Novy Urengoy simply will not fit into one plane, and in the end it will be very expensive for them. Therefore, it is more rational to hold the championship in the center, in the most accessible place in terms of transport. And those who do not have enough of their own funds in the budget need to seek additional funding through the sports department or through our regional federation. But so that they can definitely leave. All teams need to be able to participate.

    - So in which city of the district is children's volleyball most developed now? Who should the others look up to?

I believe that the center of volleyball in our region is Novy Urengoy. There are three sports schools here, while other cities simply cannot afford to have more than one school. They go in for volleyball in Gubkinsky, there is a good infrastructure, desire, and a good coaching staff. There are also teams in Noyabrsk, Salekhard, Labytnangi, etc.

The appearance of such sports facilities as the Zvezdny Sports Palace is also of great importance for the development of volleyball. An excellent gym, new equipment, a gym - everything is new, the eye is happy, and it is pleasant to work out in such conditions. Groups from children's sports schools are already training there, everyone does not even have enough time, the coaches ask for more, we are trying to resolve this issue as well.

Do children who decide to connect their lives with volleyball here in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug have a chance to reach a professional level? After all, every boy dreams of becoming the same as the TORCH players.

Of course, we will invite the most talented guys to the "TORCH" youth team, but this process takes quite a long time. We already had guys from Novy Urengoy in the club system, but so far they have not grown to the first team. But this means only one thing - someone has a chance to become the first, you just need to keep working. Now we have a boy from Novy Urengoy playing in our youth team - Kirill Sityuk, he shows himself well, and we really hope for him. Regional volleyball has a good potential that can be unleashed, you just need to build a solid system. Quite good prospects in women's volleyball - we should have a good team of girls.

In general, we sent a number of proposals to the YNAO Sports Department to change the training system. It is clear that not all at once, but we really look forward to a response, understanding from their side and hope that the enthusiasm with which we took up this business will find a response.

The past season for the Novy Urengoy "TORCH" turned out to be difficult. The director of the club Nikolay Kapranov gave his assessment of the performance of the teams - men and youth - in the national championships.

If we talk about the result, then we took a lower place in the championship than last year. However, it is necessary to take into account how the level of the Super League has risen sharply: absolutely all teams were strong, and the first eight, as shown by the playoffs, was completely equal, with the exception of Zenit Kazan. For a long time in the regular season, we occupied a comfortable third place, and there is a slight residue that in the end we were unable to keep this line. Well, the most important games in the quarterfinals of the playoffs failed. There is certainly some disappointment here. But in general, the team fought in every match, everyone's eyes were shining, for which I am very grateful to the guys, there are no complaints about them. I also appreciate the coaching work positively, all the guys have added in skill and technique. The only thing is that the result does not reflect the work done ... But this is experience: we haven’t played the playoffs for a long time, and our young players have not participated in practically this stage of the championship. And this year we have gained such experience, which, I hope, will help our team to achieve higher results next season. We will definitely fight for medals.

    - What can you say about the newcomers to the team? How did they show themselves?

By and large, the only newcomer was the diagonal Pavel Moroz. Igor Tyurin, after a season at Dynamo-LO, returned to us, and it is difficult to call him a newcomer in full measure. I will say that the diagonal, and this was seen by both experts and fans, was not the strongest side of our team. Pavel closed this position as a whole, but, unfortunately, he did not have a very stable season. He had good matches, good stretches, but overall he lacked stability.

    - You have already mentioned that you evaluate the coaching work positively. Camillo Crying has already spent a full season with the team, are you satisfied with his work?

Yes, I am satisfied, especially in the conditions in which he was forced to work. The second year we were haunted by injuries: Igor Kolodinsky missed a lot, Denis Bogdan dropped out at a key moment before the end of the season, and, unfortunately, the whole load fell on our out-gamers Dmitry Volkov and Yegor Kluka. They spent a difficult season in the national team in the summer, then immediately joined the club work, and they did not have a full rest. And it was clear that it is very difficult to maintain a stable high level throughout the season, it is almost impossible. Therefore, somewhere there was a recession in the championship, the end of the season was pulled out on the moral and strong-willed. At the same time, the coach worked well, you can see that many players added individually. This, for example, is very noticeable in Ilya Vlasov - he added a lot. Unfortunately for our club, next season Ilya will play for Dynamo Moscow. Vlasov is a pupil of "TORCH", and of course, his transition was a sad event for us. But we wish Ilya good luck, since he made such a decision, and we want the guy not to stop in his development, because his potential is still huge. Ilya and I talked a lot, this decision was not easy for him. "TORCH" for him is a home club, he raised him, and making the transition is not an easy step. But Ilya decided to take this step, and we wish him only the best in his future career.

    - What other line-up changes await us?

The formation of the team is still underway, at the end of May-beginning of June we will announce a new line-up, we will tell you what kind of team we succeed in. The process of resolving issues with the FIVB on international transfer is also underway. At the moment, everything is developing positively, I hope that transfers will be open, and we will have the opportunity to attract foreign players.

    - What can you say about the performance of our youth team? She rose one step higher than last year's result, however, the team has a new head coach. Are there any more changes in the TORCH youth team?

The season of the youth team is extremely unsatisfactory. First of all, the large number of injuries among the children is of concern. There were, of course, other difficulties when it was necessary to call players into the first team, again due to injuries. On some rounds, our youth team was practically drained of blood, played with an incomplete squad. Of course, everything is in the interests of the first team, and to say that some special result was required from young people - no, I won't. The frustration is more caused by the general atmosphere that has developed this season - there are many injured, some guys did not show the game that we expected. Therefore, we plan to radically change the approach, and began by inviting a new head coach. As for Andrey Nozdrin, who headed the team last season, I am grateful to him, I know that the work was carried out with great dedication, enthusiasm, but something did not work out. The guys treat him very well, but, unfortunately, there is no progress. Therefore, we decided to make changes and invited the coach of the youth national teams, Mikhail Nikolaev, to this post. I have experience working with him, I think he is able to add what we needed and build a working atmosphere in the youth team.

    - This season, the "TORCH" also has a beach volleyball department, and our club has been joined by the titled beach couple, bronze medalists of the 2017 World Championship Vyacheslav Krasilnikov and Nikita Lyamin. Their season started not so long ago, but there are already definite results.

Yes, the guys got in shape, now they are performing at the stages of the World Tour, and they already have their first medal - a silver one. And the most important tournament of the season awaits us in August - the final of the Russian championship, where our couple will participate and claim to win. We will root for them and support them. The final will take place in the Serpukhov region next to our youth team base.

    - The club has also fulfilled its long-standing plans - the "TORCH" finally has a support group and a store of club symbols. What will the fans expect next year?

We are planning to improve the ticketing system - to make an online purchase system so that tickets for our home matches can be purchased remotely. This is very important, especially in our harsh northern conditions. We will try to help our fans, but here a lot depends on how the Zvezdny Sports Palace works, for their part they also need to do a lot for this.

We will also do our best so that our media partner - Sigma TV and Radio Company - broadcasts not only home, but also away matches. So that the fans from Novy Urengoy do not miss a single game of their favorite team.

Player of the volleyball club "Fakel" (Novy Urengoy) Alexander Kimerov was removed from the flight of the airline "Pobeda". With a height of 215 cm, he did not fit in his place and put his legs into the aisle. This did not please the stewardess, who called the police on board.

The incident took place on March 12 on a flight from Samara to Moscow. About him on his Facebook page wrote journalist Petr Kondakov, who also posted a video of the incident. “The situation is anecdotal - a guy with a height of 215 cm simply did not fit in the seat that he had in his boarding pass, and sat in an empty seat in the aisle (or changed with someone, I don’t know for sure),” Kondakov wrote. “We all know about the Pobeda rules, and in general I think that if the company has established them, then they should not be violated. And nevertheless, representatives of order are clearly behaving in a boorish manner. Can't the company manage this situation in a civilized way? "

Kimerov himself has already told about what happened in the club's official statement. According to him, he and several other Fakel players flew to Moscow before the whole team for personal reasons. He asked the flight attendant to transfer him to the emergency exit seat and offered to pay the difference on board. When he was refused, the girl sitting at the emergency exit changed places with the athlete.

“However, the flight attendant brought us back to our seats. My height is 215 cm, and I physically could not fit in my chair, I had to put my knees in the aisle. By this, I again provoked the indignation of the stewardess, and to all my admonitions that anthropometric data and elementary laws of physics did not allow me to completely squeeze into the narrow opening between the chairs, the girl replied that she would now call the police. In the end, indeed, two police officers came, who said that I was a rowdy and asked me to leave the plane, ”said Kimerov.
