If the farewell to the coach had not been planned, probably the people in charge of the club's website would have found an opportunity to remove this "sedition" from the team's official online bulletin.

The 54-year-old blue-and-white specialist's contract expires on April 30, 2017 and, apparently, will not be renewed.

It should be admitted that this decision on the part of the club's management looks rather dubious, because Oreshkin is not just a coach who was urgently called up to replace Harijs Vitolins in December 2015, when, under the leadership of a Latvian specialist, the team suffered six defeats in a row.

Oreshkin has been with Dynamo for much longer - since 2011. Returning from Hungary, where he completed his player career and worked for a long time as a coach, not only in clubs, but also helping the first national team of the country, Oreshkin, at the invitation of the general director of hockey "Dynamo" Andrei, headed the youth team of the HC MVD, which played in the Youth hockey league.

The coach, after many years of working only with top-level hockey players, eagerly switched to educating the younger Dynamo generation. He devoted three years to working with the HC MVD and in the 2011/12 season he managed to win bronze medals in the MHL with his charges.

Good work with young men did not go unnoticed by the main figures of Dynamo, and in the summer of 2015 Oreshkin went for a promotion - to the Higher Hockey League, to the post of mentor of another youth team - Dynamo from Balashikha.

Subsequently, having already taken the place of the coach of the main team of blue and white, the specialist fondly recalled his young wards.

“It can be seen that there are a lot of talented guys. They, like any young athlete, need a special approach and explanation. The first is in terms of life.

I have always put the main question of attitude to life. Then comes the attitude to oneself as an athlete, and in third place is the attitude to work.

During the six months that Oreshkin headed Dynamo from Balashikha, the blue-and-white farm club won 18 victories and suffered 17 defeats, but the blue-and-white management liked the specialist's approach to business so much that even such statistics did not make the specialist's candidacy less attractive. when it was time to look for a replacement for Vitolins.
