- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The tournament "Rhythms of the Old City - autumn 2017" (hereinafter referred to as the competition) is held in accordance with the Schedule physical culture events and sports events of the Municipal Formation "Vyborgsky District" of the Leningrad Region for 2017, approved by the order of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Leningrad Region dated December 29, 2016 No. 2005-r. Competitions are held according to the current FIG rules 2017-2020.
1.2. The general organization and management of the preparation and holding of the competitions is carried out by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Sports Club of Rhythmic Gymnastics "Ritmiks" with the technical support of the MBOUDO "Palace of Creativity".
1.3. The direct conduct of the competition is entrusted to the main panel of judges. Chief referee of the competition - Alfimova Alla Viktorovna (VK), St. Petersburg
1.4. Competitions are held to popularize and develop rhythmic gymnastics in Vyborg. The objectives of the competition are:
Propaganda physical education and sport as an essential component healthy lifestyle life;
Improving the sports skills of gymnasts;
Identification of the strongest gymnasts in each age group;
Fulfillment of discharge standards;
Strengthening ties between sports organizations, exchange of experience.
2. PLACE AND DATES:
2.2. Venue of the competition: Leningrad region, Vyborg, st. Primorskaya, 41 (sports and entertainment complex "Favorit").
3. COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS:
3.1. Gymnasts born in 2013 - 2000 are allowed to compete. regardless of their department. Each gymnast must have an original birth certificate, an original insurance policy and a medical clearance.
3.2. Team composition: the number of gymnasts from the club (school) is unlimited.
3.3. Each team provides 1 referee.
4. COMPETITION PROGRAM:

5. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
5.1. The individual championship is determined in each age group by the highest total points in the all-around. According to the results of the competition, the participants who took 1-3 places in the all-around in each class are awarded with diplomas of the corresponding degrees, cups and medals.
5.2. Also at the Tournament, the Chief Judge's prize and special prizes in individual nominations are established.
5.3. All participants of the competition receive memorable gifts.
6. FINANCIAL COSTS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION:
All expenses for business trips and participation of athletes, coaches and judges in competitions are borne by the sending organizations. All costs associated with the organization and holding of competitions, awarding winners and prize-winners are at the expense of the Organizer and attracted funds.
The most slender and flexible athletes from 19 regions of Russia these days in Ryazan. We have All-Russian competitions in rhythmic gymnastics. The competition is huge. After all, the winners have a chance to get into the Olympic Training Center.

For more than 20 years, the Yesenin Autumn tournament has been gathering athletes from various parts of the country in Ryazan. This year 48 teams from 19 regions of Russia take part in it. According to the account - this is the anniversary Fifth holiday, which is held for the village! Fans of the work of Sergei Yesenin, the most rural poet of Russia, who glorified the nature of his native land, the Russian birch, gather for the holiday.
Sergei Yesenin... In the very sound of this name one can hear the melodiousness, the music of native expanses, the noise of green oak forests. "Country of birch calico" gave birth to a bright, original poet who sang in her amazing poems, her blue lakes, crimson expanse of fields, yellow roads, gray willows. Yesenin creates visible poetic images of an overgrown pond, a field, a white garden. How much kindness, beauty, love for native places is heard in the poet's poems!
Several venues were organized at the festival:
On the stage, the interior of the Yesenin era is a bookcase, perhaps someone remembers such a thing on which reading lovers kept books, a table with sweet gifts for the most active young readers and a magic chest from which the host of the poetic page for children got surprises for children from Sergei Yesenin - quizzes, riddles...
The book exhibition, designed by the librarian Trifonova O.N., attracted attention. "With love in the heart - Sergei Yesenin"
Two sections are presented at the book exhibition: "And Russia shines in the heart" and "He was looking for happiness in these women ..!"
2. Playground: "I love you, meek Motherland!"
We could not ignore our young readers, so we organized a literary platform for children "I love you, the meek Motherland ...!". Here, young readers were able to get acquainted with the work of Sergei Yesenin, take part in a quiz and competitions prepared by librarians, read their favorite poems of the remarkable Russian poet. Here, the librarians held an action "He poured his soul into words ...!" , and young readers helped them in this! All those present were given leaflets with poems by Sergei Yesenin, everyone could enjoy his poetic lines.
The guys were very pleased with all those present in the hall with their knowledge of the work of Sergei Yesenin. As a gift from the poet, they received sweets from a magic chest.
More than 30 children visited the children's poetry page "I love you, the meek Motherland!"

3. The next poetic platform was called "Famous poets of the Orenburg region read their poems for you"
Our famous poets, the classic of modern literature, Diana Kan, the poet Vadim Bakulin, the writer - naturalist, poet, Yuri Poluektov and the writer, poet, laureate of the Regional Literary Prize named after A.I. P.I. Rychkov (2017), in the nomination "A work of art" - for the book "Waiting for a son", Petrov Vladimir Ivanovich.
Our fellow villagers were happy to meet eminent writers, they already know many of them. Creative meetings are often held in the library, and writers come to us with pleasure.
Congratulating everyone on the holiday of "Yesenin's Autumn", which has long gone beyond the boundaries of the regional holiday, the poets read their poems.
The holiday was continued by the famous Orenburg bard, poet and composer, Goryachok Vladimir Ivanovich. He performed several songs with guitar.
The audience was enthusiastically greeted by the creative team of the House of Culture in the village of Nezhinka, Orenburg region, who showed us cheerful village gatherings.

Gathered all the admirers of the famous Russian poet, Sergei Yesenin.
Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin is an enthusiastic nature, associated with countless women in love with him. He himself spoke about this, that endless vows of love, all this, in fact, is the largest and most crushing fault. Not a single female passion could replace fame. The soloist of the MBUK "Creative and Methodical Center" of the Orenburg District Elena Golovina performed the song "Barefoot Through the Sky".
Small theatrical sketches were shown performed by young employees of the Central Committee of the Orenburg region.
The audience saw young Serezha Yesenin, his grandparents, whose roles were played by members of the creative team of the MBUK “Center for Culture and Library Services of the Moscow Region P-Pokrovsky Village Council. (Trifonova O.N., Orlov E.I. and Dima Titov)
