    Ride a Horse Competition

Preparation: decorate the chairs with a horse mane, make a tail in the back, make hooves on the chair legs.

A certain number of participants is selected, chairs are placed one less than the number of participants. Participants need to dance around the chairs as long as the music is playing, it is advisable to pick up some kind of song about a horse.
After the music stops, it is necessary to sit on a chair (saddle the horse), who does not have time, he flies out of the game.

    Horse Dish Competition

Not a single New Year's table is complete without festive dishes. Participants need to create their own unique dish from a set of products, but the dish is not simple, but such that its shape necessarily resembles at least something from a horse, for example, you can lay out a salad in the form of a horseshoe or depict a horse's mane.

    Competition "Sing horse, sing ..."

Preparation: Select a few songs about the horse in advance.

The presenter turns on the song, then stops it and asks the guests to finish the song further. If someone reproduces at least a couple of lines correctly, they receive a souvenir, for example, a pendant in the shape of a horse. Also, if there are many guests, you can divide them into 2 teams. And let the members of each team actively recall the words of the song, whose team will remember more lyrics - the winner.

    Competition "Whose mane is longer"

Two teams are formed and each must lay out a chain of clothes - this will be our horse mane, taking off whatever it pleases. The one with the longer mane, that team won.
If you plan to hold a competition not at home, but for example on a square or in a club, then first two participants are selected, and when they do not have enough clothes for the chain (after all, taking off your clothes, you need to stay within the bounds of decency), then the audience is invited to help the participants, and anyone who wants to can continue the chain of the player he likes ...

Continuing a series of presentations about pets and wild animals for toddlers from 1 to 4 years old, a new children's presentation about animals- "Who is a horse."

There were a lot of slides this time and there was also plenty of information. It turns out that I want to tell a lot about the horse. However, this will not in any way affect the ability to view the presentation by yearlings. Before the first slide show, you can read everything, and then, showing the presentation to the crumbs, read the text selectively, skipping the most difficult. It is for this reason that I did not voice the presentation.

Depending on the age, as well as the child's ability to perceive information and perseverance, you can dwell on each slide for a long time and describe in detail everything that is shown in the pictures, or not focus on each image, but turn over the slides after reading the text.

The children's presentation tells about what horses are, how they laugh, run, what they eat, where they live, why they are so useful for a person, how they differ from each other, who their family is and much more. In the slides, I used animated pictures, paintings by artists, photographs and drawings of cartoonists. You will also be able to hear what sounds the horse makes, how its hooves click and even the whole herd. The entire presentation is accompanied by a pleasant melody.

In a few days I will publish the article “Thematic classes for children. We teach animals. " So subscribe to site updates via the form right after the article so you don't miss anything.

    Description of horse for kids

Hi baby! Today I will introduce you to one wonderful animal - a horse!

Look - it's a horse! She makes sounds called neighing and snorting. When she runs, she loudly claps her hooves along the path.

A horse is a strong and large animal that is much stronger than a person. And the character of horses is different, there are good and evil, brave and fearful, hard-working and lazy, calm and playful, in general, they are all different, like people.

Horses are wild and domestic. The wild live in the wild. They gather in herds, that is, all together, and live in such a way that it would be easier for them to defend themselves from enemies. And the pets live next to the person who builds a cozy house for the horse. Such a house is called a stable.

In summer, horses eat grass and fruits that are dug out of the ground. They find food for themselves in the clearing and in the meadow, where they are allowed to graze for the whole day. And in winter, the main food is oats, wheat and hay. Hay is dried grass that a person harvests for the winter in the fall. Horses also love to eat fruits, especially apples. They will not refuse a piece of bread either. They also drink a lot of water.

Horses come in many different breeds, like dogs or cats. Therefore, they can be from the smallest to very large sizes. For example, here's a little horse - a pony. And this is a big black horse. And the first horse, which was found millions of years ago, was as tall as a small dog.

Horses vary in color, which means they come in a variety of colors. For example, a black one - that is, a black suit, still red and bay. Also gray, savrasaya, buckskin and others. There are horses with beautiful spots, for example, this one - look, what a beauty!

The fluffy mane and tail, which also come in different shades, give special beauty to these wonderful animals. And in general, a horse is a very beautiful animal!

The horse's family is as follows: mom is a horse, dad is a horse, children are foals.

Horses love their family. They protect it from enemies and even brush off each other with the tail of various insects (mosquitoes, flies, horseflies), which strive to bite them.

Horses, like cows, have milk called koumiss. It's delicious and healthy!

Nature has endowed this beautiful animal with amazing properties - it hears sounds and smells much better than human and many other animals. In addition, the horse is very strong, it can do a lot of work and run very long distances that only cars can travel. Earlier, when there were no cars, horses served people and carried them on their backs. A person who sits on a horse is called a rider or rider. .

Each rider learns to control the horse and tries to make friends with her so that she will allow him to sit on his back. For example, in order for a horse to go with a rider sitting on it - you need to say - "No-oh!", And to stop - "Whoa-u".

Before and now, horses were prized for their ability to run fast. Earlier, because there were no fast cars, but now, because people came up with the idea to arrange horse races. They sit astride an animal and try to overtake each other, jumping fast and fast. The horse can run at a gallop, trot, and amble.

Previously, horses were harnessed to plows in order to plow fields with their help, on which vegetables and cereals were then planted. And also in carts to take out the harvested crop from the field, and not only. Animals were also harnessed to carriages and carts to transport people and various objects.

You can also go horseback riding in the park in summer. The horse is kind, it will not offend you. And, perhaps, you will see a horse in a circus or in a real stable.

They are also very afraid of bees and run away from them. A large swarm of bees is capable of biting heavily on an adult horse.

Kind animals can recognize themselves in photographs. Seeing the horse in the picture, it "greets" with a quiet neigh and tries to sniff.

Reading the English nursery rhyme "Blacksmith" translated by S. Ya. Marshak

So that the horse's hooves do not break on the solid road, horseshoes were invented. Horseshoes are horse shoes that are nailed to the horse's hooves. To shoe is to nail a horseshoe.

    Hey blacksmith
    Well done,
    My stallion limped.
    You screw him up again.
    - Why not shoe!
    Here is a nail

    One, two -
    And you're done!

    Didactic exercise "How many horseshoes?"

See how many horseshoes you have? Three horseshoes. Now look at the plate. What's the number on this plate? Number 1. means you need to put one horseshoe in this plate. Didactic exercise "What is superfluous?"

In the picture, all the horseshoes are the same, except for one. Find this horseshoe. Not like everyone else. How is it different from other horseshoes? One horseshoe of a different color.

    - Further, the children are offered another option, where one horseshoe is turned upside down.

Didactic exercise "Where the horse walks"

Roll out the salted dough and press down to make a large flatbread. This will be the land. Take horses and walk them on the ground. Let your horses jump so that their tracks remain on the ground. Consider the footprints. Your horses rode for a long time and wanted to eat. Take green sticks and stick them in the ground - grass for the horse will grow.

    Dynamic pause "Toy horses"

(To the music "Riding a horse").

The guys have many horse toys, but there are also rocking horses. That's how this one. Show of the doll rocking horse. They sit on it from above and swing. Let's swing back and forth on our toes, as if on a horse.

    Exercise "Where is the horse?"

Children, place a cube in front of you. Now take the horse in your hands and place it on top of the cube, behind the cube, in front of the cube, on the side next to the cube.

Clink-clink, clink-clink, here the horse goes.
So the horses ran and the hooves began to clatter.
Our horses were tired, they shouted loudly: hoo!

Here the horse galloped quickly. Now slowly. And now let's say, like horses: "Igo-go-o-o".

To the music (the audio recording "Look at the horse" is played), parents and then children "jump" with a toy plastic horse to each other on the backs, arms and legs.

Finger gymnastics and onomatopoeia "Horses are galloping"

    Here are my assistants,
    Turn them as you like.

    On a white, smooth road
    Fingers are jumping like horses.

    A frisky herd gallops.
    (Onomatopoeia)

    Horses scream loudly: "Ho-ho!"

Now let's glue the saddle onto the drawing. This is the saddle a horse has on its back. It is called a saddle because it is used when riding a horse. Who will ride our horse? Paste the rider. And we will also stick on the sun so that our horse is warm and light.

    Exercise with clothespins "Horse"

Use clothespins to make the horse's tail and legs. Make the mane from ear to back, and legs - two in front and two behind.

Reading the poem by A. Barto "Horse"

    I love my horse
I will comb her fur smoothly,
I will smooth the ponytail with a scallop
And I'll go on horseback for a visit.

(Reading is accompanied by playful actions: the fur is combed "smoothly", the tail is smoothed with a comb).

    There, beyond the distant river,
I'll wave my hand to you.
    (jumps in place)

It is not customary for us to wait for the New Year according to the Eastern calendar. We celebrate this holiday on a grand scale, with spiritual breadth, mixing traditions and cultures.
Therefore, I propose to spend the New Year creatively, outside the box, and have fun. The scenario for meeting the Year of the Horse will suit you if you like fun, laughter, jokes, jokes. There is no age limit.

It may be a youth company, or it may be a family where several generations gather at once. This scenario is also suitable for a small corporate party, for a circle of friends and even for a children's party. The main thing is not to get pinched and to come off incendiary in full.

Scenario of meeting the New 2014 Year of the Horse

    "Great Races"

For the holiday you will need paraphernalia

All guests come in Horse costumes. You do not need to sew special garments for this. Regular clothes are fine. It is enough just to put on a horse mask, attach the tail and "attach" cardboard hooves to the ankles and wrists. Imagine boldly. Put all your creativity into your costumes.

To hold contests you will need:

    • fun mood;
    • cardboard squares;
    • selection of musical accompaniment;
    • horse head template;
    • printed or handwritten tongue twisters.

Prepare horseshoe medals for awards (you can make chocolate ones, or you can make them out of paper or cardboard).

    Characters:
Horse-entertainer, Horse-storyteller and all other Horses participating in the races

    Storyteller horse:

    New Year's hoof beats
We have a lot of things to do.
Hey, driver, turn on the fire!
The Year of the Horse is racing at a trot!

Let's forget all the sorrows -
    Let's leave them behind.
    Let's take flight -
Let's meet the New Year together!

Oh, hums, the earth is ringing ...
Let's sit down, brothers, on a horse!

    Horse-entertainer:

Today is an unusual day. Looks into the windows of magic. And the most beautiful, graceful, virtuoso, elegant Horses arrived at our ball. Let us not hit the snow with our muzzles, and we don’t hit the pothole with our hoof! May the Spirit of Oats, the Horse God, be with us! No holes for us, no bumps in the path of the Great Horse Races!

Do not squint at the feeder - the best selected grain and swill will go to those who work hard and have fun! There is no one to pull the reins today, so we bit the bit - and go!
Are you ready, oh my magnificent horses, for deeds?

    (Everyone shouts: "YES!")

Then let's knead our hooves before important tests! And let the earth tremble!

Competition 1 - Dance. Nomination - Best Dancer Horse

Music can be any, I suggest O. Gazmanov's song "Squadron of my crazy thoughts" - excellent "horse" dance music

    Horse-entertainer:

Wow, how the hooves were kneaded together!
They showed themselves gloriously in the dance!
But the dancer and master -
    Best dancer number one!

    (if the girl wins:
Honor and praise to the great beauty!
The dance has one lady today!)

The winner is awarded a horseshoe medal

    Storyteller horse:

A hungry horse does not plow a furrow ...
The herd is sad, silent, sighing?
The dainty feeders are full -
The holiday invites us to the table!

    (friendly feast, ate, drank, ate)

    Horse-entertainer:

Horses should not be heavy and fill their belly. Otherwise, the race will fail. And we still have to ride and ride to the finish line. Go ahead, my frisky ones, great discoveries and awards await us!

Competition 2 - Drawing. Nomination - Best Horse Artist

    Storyteller horse:

They say that the Creator is not limited by frames. They whisper that he is able to create masterpieces even with his eyes closed. And if this is so, we will now check.

Easel and brushes in your hooves!
The path is open for creativity!
    And even night and darkness
Will not prevent us from creating a horse!

A template is hung on the wall, the participants are blindfolded. Blindfolded, you need to draw the horse's face. This can be done by a pair of participants, competing who is faster and better. You can draw in turn. You can not draw, but glue pre-prepared cardboard parts (eyes, bangs, teeth, nostrils) onto the template. Cardboard parts are well recognizable to the touch, very cool horses can turn out.

    Horse-entertainer:

Wow, what talents! No, not talents ... TALENTS! The geniuses of the brush and easel, the great Malevichs, Picassos and other Borges nervously bite their nails, looking at these unsurpassed masterpieces of painting!
But we have one winner! The best Horse-artist today is recognized ...

    Storyteller horse:

Talent needs to be nourished and fed. Otherwise, the field of creativity will dry up. The best food trough is waiting for you ladies and gentlemen!

(at the table, ate, drank, ate)

    Horse-entertainer:

Oh, I can smell: the temperature rises, the degree rises, the vocal cords are gaining strength! This means it's time to pass the next stage of the Great Horse Races Challenges!

Competition 3 - Singing. Nominated - Golden Horse Voice

The time has come for the singers to assign the title.
Down with the melody, give us a neigh!

Competition for imitation of horse neighing. You can just laugh in turn (it will look unbeatable on the video :)), or you can laugh, "singing along" to the tune of different songs (any of your choice).

    (medals are handed out)

    Horse-entertainer:

And so that the ligaments do not rust
    Let's add some grease inside.

    (drank, ate)

    Horse-entertainer:

You hear? The wind of change is playing!
We have a horse, then an athlete!
    No minutes to swing!
    Let's continue our ride!

    Competition 4 - Sports. Nomination - Best Horse-Athlete

    Two options for conducting:

1 way suitable for a youth company.
Participants are divided into pairs. One is a "horse", the second is a "rider" who mounts a "horse"
Cardboard squares are laid out around the room. The goal is to jump the path from square to square, trying not to leave the distance.
If there is not enough space, you can take turns in the competition.

2 way easier: the "horse" sits down on his haunches, the "rider" takes his legs in his hands. The task of the "horse" is to go over the squares with his hands. The task of the "rider" is to control correctly and not to miss the legs of his partner.
The competition is held to cheerful music. For example, this :):

    Storyteller horse:

You hear: a melody sounds ...
Nocturne? Etude? Or a rhapsody? ..
    Only the best musician
Now he will show his talent!

Competition 5 - Musical. Nominated: Best Horse Musician

    2 options for the competition:

Participants are divided into two teams.
    Method 1:
The teams take turns singing songs that mention horses, ponies, horses.
The team that remembers more songs wins.

2 way like "Guess the melody": songs about horses and horses are selected and you need to guess the song by the first chords.

    Offhand:

The horses are gray, the horses are in apples.

    The dark horse rushed forward.

    And ponies are horses too.

    Clouds - white-maned horses

    The dog is biting
Only from the life of a dog
Only from life, from the life of a dog
A dog can be a bite!
The dog grabs his heel with his teeth
The dog eats the citizen's horse ...

Under a sad moo, under a cheerful growl,
Under a friendly neighing is born
Big secret for the little one
    For such a small company,
    For such a modest company
    Such a huge secret

Oh, someone is worth that little grivonka ...

Mom bought a bunk, and a bunk without a leg ...

Oh, you horses, my horses ...

Something I came across horses, fastidious ...

I dreamed in a dream that my horse was a black, oh yes, it played out, cut open, oh, yes, it splashed under me

I was looking for a mare, I found a mare ("Mill" Night mare ")

I wanted to enter the city on a white horse, but the inn owner smiled at me.

Oh, you are a bold horse that you gnaw at the bit?

My heart ached in the midst of a clean field, I unsaddle my horse, wild and fast ...

Sivka-Burka, prophetic kaurka - stand in front of me, like a leaf in front of the grass!

I am a little horse, I am worth a lot of money ...

And at night I dream of a horse, a red horse comes up to me, a red horse breathes in my face, mows with a purple eye ...

Ah, three white horses, ah, three white horses - December, January and February

A young horse galloped far, far away into the field ...

    Wooden horses galloped away ...

Oh, frost, frost, don't freeze me. Don't freeze me, my horse ...

    Wow, I broke up))).
If there is a desire and enthusiasm, you can carry out both of the proposed options.

Competition 6 - Fabulous. Most Attentive Horse

    Horse-entertainer:

    Our minds will not faint!
    Are everyone's ears washed?
As soon as the word "Horse" appears -
    Knock your hoof together!

The task of the participants is to listen to the story and when the word "horse" (or something similar in sound) is heard - to kick on the floor or in their hands. The horse-storyteller in the course of the story distributes horseshoes to those who are attentive and respond in time to the right word.

    Storyteller horse:

December is Ending. It rustles, shines, is packed in gifts. O, sure! New Year has come to us!
A blizzard knocks on the END of a hoof, a Christmas tree sparkles with lights. And we will go out into the yard, put on SKATES, skis and go for a walk, sing songs.
Far, far away, behind the white snowdrifts, where the city ends, there is a KOH farm. There is room for horses and horses! There is no honor for KONin, they like oats and selected wheat. There frost has been painting the sky with patterns since ancient times.
A bearded grandfather is racing in a sleigh, and his frisky HORSE-RIDERS are carrying him to visit those who are waiting for magic. Eh, white-maned cavalry! Don’t steal you horse thief!
Elusive you, high-spirited, fast as a dream! On your backs - a whole heap of miracles, the CONTOUR of Happiness and the brightness of crackers. The holiday of CONfetti will fly in different colors, but warm memories will remain. And so as not to freeze in the cold and in the cold wind, isn't it time for us to have some COGNESS and a drink?

Competition 7 - Oratory. Nomination - Most Eloquent Horse

    Horse-entertainer:

Well, let's check if there is still a valiant enthusiasm and the word red in our friendly company, participating in large races?
The most eloquent will get the main prize of this stage!

Participants take turns reading tongue twisters (you need to prepare printed strips with text in advance)

All tongue twisters are related to the "horse" theme:

    Tongue Twisters:

The horse clasped its hoof from behind,
    Dust swirls under the hoof.

    Forty balabolka, filly whitebok.

The hammer was forging the horse. A horse with a farrier's hoof, a farrier with a horse whip.

    A horse with a rider
    Yes, bareback and bridle,
Without a girth and a bit.
    No saddle, no bridle
Not that little thing - What to put the bridle on.

From the trampling of hooves, dust flies across the field.

    Masha sting
    The horse whinnied
She pressed her red ears ...
    You, Redhead, do not grieve
At the border - not rye by rye!

    I'm driving along a pothole, I won't get out of a pothole

    Silly horse. (V. Levin)

    The horse bought four galoshes,
A couple of good ones and a couple of flatter ones.
If the day is fine -
The horse walks in good galoshes.
It is worth waking up the first powder -
The horse comes out in flat galoshes.
If the puddles on the street are completely -
The horse comes out completely without galoshes.

What do you, Horse, feel sorry for galoshes?
    Isn't health dearer to you?

If only there was a mare, she would not beat ... If only there were a mare!

Horses love oats. Lesha brought them hay.

The horse whinnied -. rye devoured

A white horse stood on the corner and ate a bunch of rotten straw.

A blacksmith forged a horseshoe on an anvil

Pegasus, who was bringing the mail, scratched the horseshoe threshold, promised to arrive later, and galloped off to nibble wheatgrass. Pegasus brought Psyche. Psyche brightened and sent a kiss

Here is an ax, here is an ax, here is a whip, here is a whip.

    Storyteller horse:

The line is visible at the finish line ...
That you are bored even a little?
It's time to take us ON A HORSE
And it's time to take stock!

The horseshoes recruited in the contests are counted. The winners of the nominations are announced, huge cardboard medals with inscriptions are solemnly hung around their necks.
Those who have scored the most horseshoes are awarded small prizes (you can give fake gifts or specially purchased small things: horse keychains, notebooks with a horse image, pens, magnets, cups, etc.)

    Horse-entertainer:

    New Year's hoof beats impatiently.
Let him only bring joy to us.
We will ask the Horse to live HAPPY for a year.
    May we be lucky!
May hopes come true, grow together,
    Wings grow for flight.
Let a miracle come to every home.
Happy new happiness, Happy New Year!
