    14 to 500

    This diet of anorexic women is calculated for 14 days, during which no more is eaten daily. The weight loss option is very tough, the general condition is characterized by constant weakness and severe apathy. But, of course, a stressful organism burns extra pounds literally before our eyes.

    It is necessary to adhere to this menu for all two weeks, then the weight loss will be from 5 to 10 kilograms.


    Rainbow or Diet by Colors

    One of the DAN options, which stands out with a seductive name, but an equally tough diet that triggers weight loss. This diet is calculated for anorexic women for 7 days, in each of which it is allowed to eat vegetables and fruits of the same color. It is most convenient to start on Monday, but this is not important for the diet.

    Citrus-kefir week

    Another DAN option for a week. Losing weight on this diet is mainly due to the large consumption of citrus fruits, full of fat-burning acids, and low-fat kefir.

    For anorexic women, the menu will be divided into three daily meals. Breakfast from Monday to Saturday, inclusive, starts with 250 ml of water with lemon juice, on Sunday no lemon is added to the water.

    Each of the seven days you can eat one of the following options:

    For breakfast:

    1. Unsweetened coffee.
    2. Low-fat feta cheese (30 g) + grapefruit (1 pc.).
    3. Unsweetened coffee + dark chocolate (30 g).
    4. Unsweetened coffee + apple (1 pc.).
    1. Freshly squeezed juice with pulp (200 ml).
    2. Low-fat cottage cheese (100 g) + juice (150 ml).
    3. Apple (1 pc.) + Juice (150 ml).
    4. Pineapple (1 pc.).
    5. Grapefruit (1 pc.).
    6. Cheese (50 g).

    2. Natural yogurt (150 ml).
    3. Tea with lemon.

    After seven days, you need to start adding one type of allowed vegetable every day to the options for lunch and dinner, after that, start eating 40 g of boiled chicken fillet 3 times a week.


    Drinking diets

    Each of the following types of drinking DAN diet lasts 7 days and is considered the hardest test for anyone, even a healthy body. The classic option is to drink exclusively mineral water containing 0 calories for seven days.

    In addition to water, there are such types of DAN as:

    • On broth (only homemade vegetable broths are allowed);
    • (no more than 1% fat);
    • (only freshly squeezed juices of our own production are suitable. Preferred fruits are apples, grapefruits and oranges);
    • (any quality tea with the addition of lemon juice or 2 tablespoons of milk).

    Any of the above options promises to get rid of 6-9 kilograms of weight. On the eighth day, they begin to add 100 g of oatmeal in water to breakfast, on the following days eggs or a small piece of cheese are allowed, as well as any permitted fruit. The introduction of baked goods and potatoes should be delayed as much as possible, and it is better not to include them at all.


    Diet to reduce leg volume

    Anorexic legs diet option assumes a loss of 3-6 kilograms, and a decrease in the volume of "breeches" to 4 centimeters.

    • Monday: Drinking. Milk / Kefir and clean water;
    • Tuesday: Curd. Low-fat cottage cheese (150 - 200 g) + natural juice;
    • Wednesday: Drinking. Pure water;
    • Thursday: Vegetable. Natural juice (1 l / day) + boiled carrots (2-3 pcs.);
    • Friday: Fruity. Green apple (no more than 5 pcs per day);
    • Saturday: Meat. Natural juice (1 l / day) + boiled chicken breast (200 g);
    • Sunday: Drinking. Kefir 1% fat (1 l / day).

    The next week after the diet should be gentle, with a slow and careful introduction of a small number of foods. By the fourth week, leaving the sparing diet is considered permitted.


    DAN-50

    The DAN diet promises the maximum result for 50 days - you can lose up to 25 kilograms of weight, observing the strict conditions of the prescribed diet. Within fifty days, the menu is compiled for no more than 750-800 calories. Every five days, a fasting day is spent on one low-calorie product, for a total of nine fasting days per diet. Also, you can only have breakfast for 3 days, eat only vegetables for three days, two - buckwheat porridge, two more - any fruits, and 4 - exclusively drinking.

    Losing weight, having withstood the DAN diet for 50 days, the reviews left ambiguous. It was not difficult for someone to withstand the style of the proposed diet, the feeling of hunger quickly dulled, the body adapted and tolerated the diet as a whole well, bringing the desired result - a loss of 16 to 28 kilograms. And for some, compliance with these rules and restrictions resulted in serious health problems. The overwhelming majority of complaints were about dysfunctions of the gastrointestinal tract and genitourinary system. The second most common complaint is malfunctioning of the cardiovascular system.
