    For the second measurement, place the tape on the narrowest part of the torso. At the same time, try to stand straight without drawing in your stomach.

    Endomorphic type

    Endomorphs are characterized by a wide physique, excess weight and, as a rule, training is most difficult for them.

    The main factors by which you can recognize an endomorphic body type:

    • Round figure with soft body features;
    • Very slow metabolism, large amount of subcutaneous fat;
    • Sluggishness, slowness.

    The easiest way to recognize it is by clasping your wrist with your thumb and index finger - if the pads of your fingers do not touch, then you have thick musculoskeletal tissue.

    For a more accurate measurement, it is better to use a flexible meter. For men, the following standards exist:

    • For thin bones, the wrist circumference ranges from 15 to 17.5 cm;
    • For an average skeletal structure, this figure will be from 17.5 to 20 cm;
    • If more, then a massive bone structure is expressed.

    For women these figures are slightly lower:

    • For an asthenic figure, the wrist range is no higher than 16 cm;
    • From 16 to 18.5 cm – indicators of the normosthenic type;
    • More for hypersthenic, respectively.
