Murphy was an optimist. In everyone's life there are periods when everything works out. But don't worry - it will pass soon! Indeed, according to Murphy's law, the formation of a negative result does not in any way depend on our aspirations, therefore, we still have to disentangle all this. How? In this case, you can choose the conditions of the problem yourself.
If you treat such a problem as a common practice, you need to change the whole system; lax staff - to look for new employees; mysticism means going to shamans. Let's take an example from the immediate past: all satellites launched into space for the purpose of research fell back to Earth. But in such complex events, preparation takes years. It is logical that it was worth thinking about this when the first three satellites did not fly away anywhere. But without doing anything, we got another tragedy.
How should we relate to this? Looking for technical problems or increasing funding for space instrumentation? That's right: to solve the problem in a complex way. This means looking for technical flaws, allocating more money, firing unscrupulous employees, and setting more complex tasks right away. However, again based on Murphy's law, even this may not give one hundred percent result.
Remember at least the first consequence of Murphy's law: "Everything is not as easy as it seems" or "All work takes more time than you think." The birth of a new idea, as a rule, is always accompanied by the imaginary evidence of its implementation. It is enough just to give a push - to find a manager, add money by taking a loan or promote a website on the Internet. However, if you turn everything around, it turns out that nothing works. In our euphoria, we are missing something important. On the other hand, as soon as we start to think about the upcoming problems, we instantly lose the “feeling of flight”, our inspiration - and everything stops in one fell swoop. Therefore, you should always achieve your goal - being obsessed with the idea of your own undeniable success, solving problems as they arise. Bearing in mind that one shovel may not be enough even for the smallest hole, if it is in this place that there is a cobblestone. Indeed, according to the second corollary, "Of all the possible troubles, the one with the greatest damage will occur." Therefore, one should always prepare for the worst. Of course, when starting a business, you need to believe in yourself, but understand that this is a huge risk. And every 20th case almost always ends in failure, because by gaining something, you are sure to lose something. It is important not to lose everything. Therefore, you do not need to start a business with your last money. This is very risky. In any case, you need to leave for food and utility bills. So that when it's over, you can butter the bread. Tragedies happen everywhere, and on a much more serious scale than just a bad business. How can you avoid this? Do not relax! Wake up on time in the morning and immediately get into work. It is still impossible to avoid spontaneous troubles, but it is possible to reduce the level of their manifestation.
Do whatever you want - just don't sit still! After all, the third corollary of Murphy's Law is: "Left to themselves, events tend to develop from bad to worse." If you have ceased to manage events that you can influence, the tendency to deterioration will not keep you waiting long. You organized a business, and whoever you hire is your business, your idea. If you move away from him, everyone will be sent to the wind at lightning speed. On the other hand, "Every solution breeds new problems." As soon as we start doing something, we create something material that has the property of living its own life. This means that, like a small child, it will certainly suddenly become an adult and smoke. Although all your childhood you tried to explain to him that smoking is harmful. The solution here is only for Taras Bulba: "I gave birth to you, and I will kill you." Sometimes the death of a business is better than all attempts to preserve it. And the point may not only lie in you, but in the fact that the competitors turned out to be more serious and agile. Now we are witnessing the complete collapse of Nokia, something similar has already happened with other companies involved in communications equipment. At one point, they missed how Korean firms got down to it, invested a lot of money and immediately set up production of new products. And they thought that they would drive their own brand all their lives. This does not happen. They got their hopes up and got their due. Now Nokia has finally released new mobile phones, but experts say it's too late. And even a low price together with a brand will not save the company. It was a step back, not forward. There are many such examples.
The other extreme should be considered - the Japanese Toyota with a kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement of production and management processes. Is this practice a panacea? Probably not. After all, as you know, the best is the enemy of the good. Each new car part requires the installation of two more parts that will control it. It's the same in business. Improving the system implies its endless growth and an increase in the amount of funds for maintenance. The larger the corporation, the higher its chances of death. That is why at the time of the crisis we saw that the largest "Titanics" were the first to go to the bottom. Those who were considered indestructible. This is because the most powerful and perfect is no longer perfect because it is powerful.
All of us still have our grandmother's meat grinders and are still working. Whereas, paying tribute to technical progress, due to their constant breakdowns, we constantly have to change electric combines. It turns out that the smaller the mechanism, the less likely the manifestation of Murphy's laws becomes. After all, if the entire conveyor consists of two Uzbeks carrying sand from one end of the yard to the other, the probability of its breakdown is hundreds of times lower than if the same functions were performed by several excavators.
Murphy's laws are everywhere. Extra bolts and cogs when assembling a spaceship? Of course! Where - another question. It is obvious that your creation fell either into the hands of Kulibin, or into the hands of a sloven. But let's be objective: the second option is more common. However, the spare parts remain with both. And this is the basis of Murphy's Law. Passing the plan to each next person, each time you lose part of the accumulated capital. After all, a new person will not be able to take your thought in the form in which it exists in your head, no matter how hard you try. This is no longer his knowledge, but yours - transferred to him. He still heard them in his own way, and he will also realize what he heard in his own way - hence the extra details. The second option is the Kulibins.
Deliberately violating the rules at their own discretion. From the category: "I will not do what I do not want." Purely human factor. After all, rules, as you know, exist to be broken. And if there is a possibility, it will certainly happen. In any case, such acts are committed out of protest. And even if you understand that with a probability of 300% after your act you will fly out of work, you will still do so, while receiving an incredible thrill. The scandal will not be in vain. And getting to work is always a great pleasure. Even if your rocket fell, but how it flew ... how beautiful ... how in a new way ... If we consider business, it is obvious that this is a conflict of rigid organization and construction. After all, people cannot work as mechanisms. People are people. And the more employees you have, the more often this will happen. Pray that you don't notice this, but sooner or later someone will come into your office anyway and tell you how the system got it. To tell the truth, even punishing such people is useless, but necessary. For them, any punishment will never overshadow the pleasure they received during the action itself. However, by cleverly developing his PR tactics as a bad example, you can make it objectionable to others. But only until the dissenter appears in the system again. And this will certainly happen, once again serving as proof of Murphy's Law. Therefore, employees in leadership positions should be impulsive slobs, but at the same time, responsible and disciplined. After all, it is the leadership positions that most often face the operation of Murphy's laws, where without the ability to "soar over the situation" and show a creative approach, it will not be possible to get out without sacrifices. A person must be incredibly creative. To be able to find the most non-standard solution and immediately implement it, without restraining or delving into the complexity of the situation, throw away the usual solutions at once and offer your innovative and most effective approach. Organization often means discipline, but a completely disciplined person is just a cog. Therefore, when selecting a person for a leadership position, look not only at those candidates who perfectly passed all your tests, but also at those who did not pass, but think more original than many. After all, this is not taught in management school, it is given from God.
Do not bring the situation to the point of absurdity, if you feel that the engine has begun to junk, then “force” it for another week, but then you will still appear at the master's office. Do not try to put the cart in front of the locomotive. If the situation has already begun to develop in an unfavorable direction for you, figure out not how to abruptly stop the train, but how to smoothly decelerate so that the stop is as soft as possible. After all, an abrupt stop, as a rule, always leads to collapse and collapse. Finally, if the "storm" has reached an incredible scale, have the courage to give up the business. Find the strength to sell it not for half, and not even for a quarter, but for one tenth of the total cost, so that you have the opportunity to do something else if you have not succeeded here. You are a creative person - you have money in your hands. And money is not a pie in the sky, or even a tit, it is money. Take them and put them in something else! If you pull the rubber for an infinitely long time, you will be left without anything at all. Murphy's laws only emphasize that difficult situations have been, are and will be. And a person's ability to get out of difficult situations is not preparation in business school, but exclusively the creativity of his own mind. Greet the storm with a smile!

Recall that FTM was able to qualify for the Major EPICENTER XL and minor StarLadder ImbaTV Invitational Season 5.
- Ayrat, FlyToMoon was formed in 2018. Who was the initiator of the creation of the team, how did you find yourself in it?
- I'm not sure, but, in my opinion, Bogdan Iceberg Vasilenko - he called me to the team. At first I refused, but then Bogdan wrote that the qualification for EPICENTER XL begins in a day. I thought why not. I decided that it was better to play in qualifying than to do nothing. At that time, I had the status of a free agent, and nothing prevented me from joining the new team.
- Your team won the EPICENTER XL qualifier. What goals do you set for yourself at the Moscow tournament, which will be held from April 27 to May 6, how do you assess the chances of winning.
- Objectively speaking, it is unlikely that we will be able to win this tournament. We will try to show our maximum in each game and go as far as possible along the grid. We are going to the tournament as an outsider, but we want to try on the role of a “dark horse”.
- Successful performances of FlyToMoon at the EPICENTER XL and StarLadder ImbaTV Invitational Season 5 qualifiers elevated the team to the status of the second or third Russian Dota 2 team ...
- If you look specifically now, then in general, yes, it is. But I have such an attitude to qualifications: today you won, and tomorrow you lost unconditionally. It's hard to talk about it. In the same way, Effect had previously won two qualifiers for the Major, and lost in these. In any case, our victories are pleasant, in particular because they were unexpected. Many guys from the team really wanted to get exactly to EPICENTER XL, because it is a large and prestigious competition with a good organization.
- In addition to FlyToMoon, did you have other options for continuing your career?
- There were some dubious options from Malaysia. Now I am not eager to leave, but in the future, if there is such an opportunity, I will try myself abroad. I already had the experience of playing for the French team.
- Cybersport is developing rapidly. In Russia, they began to hold tournaments in which the categories are played. Give some advice to aspiring athletes. What should be done and what should be avoided in order to be successful?
- I myself have never thought about becoming a professional esports player. It all came out spontaneously. I was just doing what I loved. I began to succeed in showing the result, although someone will say that now I am still failing. First I played on my local server, then I started going to city tournaments, after which my friends and I decided to go to Moscow. And then I was called to the team. I didn't have such a goal, but if someone wants to become a pro, then you need to be ready to play in a team. Dota 2 is a team game, you need to be able to communicate with people, give yourself to the game and train a lot. After the break due to illness, I felt that the loss of playing practice affected me. I had to play a lot and catch up.
The contraceptive Dimia was prescribed to me by a gynecologist after surgical removal of myoma, explaining that taking pills should prevent the formation of new nodes. Since I plan to become a mother in the future, I have no choice, I have to fulfill all the doctors' appointments.
