The Rechnik case is not the only one in Svishchev's career that is associated with a violation of the law. In mid-2007, he established the Polar Explorers Club LLC through a subsidiary company OOO TD Metallor. Sergey Slinchuk was the general director and co-owner of the company.
In 2010, the court arrested Sergei Slinchuk in the case of embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of 100 million rubles. We are talking about "Central" in the Tver region. It is important that when Slinchuk received a contract and at the time of his arrest, the governor of the Tver region was Svishchev's friend - the same Dmitry Zelenin.
