    Notes (edit)

An excerpt characterizing Cheltsov, Maxim Mikhailovich

Fate-mock treated her very cruelly. When Leocadia was still a very small, but absolutely normal girl, she was "lucky" to fall very unluckily from the stone steps and severely injure her spine and sternum. At first, the doctors were not even sure if she would ever be able to walk. But, after some time, this strong, cheerful girl still managed, thanks to her determination and perseverance, to get out of the hospital bed and slowly but surely start over to take her “first steps” ...
Everything seemed to end well. But, after some time, to everyone's horror, a huge, completely creepy hump began to grow in front and behind her, which later literally disfigured her body beyond recognition ... a blue-eyed girl with an amazingly beautiful, light and sophisticated face, thereby, as if wishing to show what a wondrous beauty she could be if such a cruel fate had not been prepared for her ...
I do not even try to imagine what kind of mental pain and loneliness this amazing woman had to go through, trying, as a little girl, to somehow get used to her terrible misfortune. And how could she survive and not break down when, many years later, having already become an adult girl, she had to look at herself in the mirror and understand that she could never experience simple female happiness, no matter how good and kind a person she was ... she accepted her misfortune with a pure and open soul and, apparently, this was what helped her to maintain a very strong faith in herself, not getting angry at the world around her and not crying over her evil, distorted fate.
Until now, as I remember now, her invariable warm smile and joyful glowing eyes that met us every time, regardless of her mood or physical condition (and in fact, very often I felt how really hard it was for her) ... I am very she loved and respected this strong, bright woman for her inexhaustible optimism and her deep spiritual goodness. And it seemed that it was she who did not have the slightest reason to believe the same good, because in many ways she had never been able to feel what it was like to really live. Or, perhaps, felt much deeper than we could feel it? ..

There is a new twist in the story of the murder of Yuri Tishkov, the former Torpedo forward, a football agent. A composite of the alleged killer has been released, and his name has been revealed. In certain circles, he is known as Misha Chebrik.

Sovsport.ru more than once (for example, and) turned to the story of the murder of Yuri Tishkov. This happened, as a rule, in those moments when a new twist was revealed in the criminal case (Yuri was killed on the night of January 10-11, 2003). On Tishkov's dates. When Yuri's mother called. Today, in its investigation, Novaya Gazeta has named some previously unknown facts of this story.

Fact one. Tishkov was involved in the agency business by a childhood friend, ex-player of "Torpedo" Maxim Cheltsov... At the beginning of the 2000s he worked at Saturn, owned by a reputable businessman Oleg Shishkanov(Shishkan). Under his leadership, there was allegedly a group of agents, whose official person was Tishkov, and the curator was Cheltsov.

The second fact. The first and only official version of the murder concerns the transfer of the midfielder YES. Smirnova from "Torpedo-ZIL" vCSKA, which has just been acquired Eugene Giner and partners. Smirnov's agent was Tishkov, the player eventually moved to Spartak, despite the friendly relations between Torpedo-ZIL and CSKA. As a result of the investigation, it turned out that a group of torpedo players was supposed to go to CSKA to pay off the club's debt. But Smirnov refused to go over (at the direction of the agent), which is why a conflict arose between Tishkov and Giner. As a result, according to the source, the president of Spartak Andrey Chervichenko confirmed that he had paid 700 thousand dollars for Smirnov - Giner was very unhappy with the fact that the player left for Spartak, who was shouting at the president of Spartak. Cheltsov provided cover for Tishkov in this deal.

Fact three. The investigation also considered another version of the murder. Tishkov could cooperate with the players - at that time young - "Zenith": Arshavin, Denisov, Kerzhakov and Bystrov. The fact of Tishkov's work with Arshavin was confirmed by the results of a search at the agent's apartment, where they found an appendix to Andrey's contract with Zenit. Another agent was looking at the players, Pavel Andreev... "Novaya", referring to a functionary familiar with him, calls Andreev a man who was under the tutelage of one who had tremendous influence in Podolsk Sergei Nikolaevich Lalakin(Luchok).

At the beginning of 2003, Tishkov was in St. Petersburg at the Granatkin tournament, where he had business meetings, Yuri returned from there worried, and a day after his return he was killed.
Soon the Zenit players entered into agency agreements with Pavel Andreev.

Fact four. Cheltsov, according to Yuri's mother, insisted on the everyday nature of the murder. Cheltsov reported the same to the investigation. The problems in the relationship between Tishkov and Cheltsov - they were supposed to meet the new, 2003, year together, but did not meet - were reported to the investigation by the wife of Yuri Elena.

Fact five. Cheltsov was the last person to see Yuri alive. It was on the evening of January 10th in a restaurant in the center of Moscow. And at three o'clock in the morning Cheltsov received a call with the news of the murder of Yuri. Now Cheltsov allegedly lives in France, and appears in Russia only accompanied by armed guards.

Fact six. The killer did not work alone. He was waiting for Tishkov at the house, and probably two accomplices helped. Tishkov had a telephone at the time of the murder, it was not immediately found, and later found on the woman - the phone was given to her by one of the police officers from the brigade that first arrived at the scene of the murder.

Fact seven. There is a composite sketch of a potential killer. One of the witnesses describes him as follows: up to 40 years old, height is about 170-175 cm, athletic build. Dressed in: a dark jacket, dark trousers, a black knitted hat. "Novaya" also names the killer's pseudonym. In the criminal world, this man is known as Misha Chebrik - a professional boxer, a member of the Podolsk criminal community, "curator" of a number of football agents.

Life has learned the details of the transfer of 19-year-old Spartak goalkeeper Anton Mitryushkin to Swiss Sion. The transfer of the player was not carried out by his official agent Mikhail Cherepovsky, but by the former footballer of the Moscow "Torpedo" Maxim Cheltsov, whose name is most often mentioned in connection with the high-profile case of the murder of football agent Yuri Tishkov in 2003.

According to Life, it was 45-year-old Cheltsov who conducted all the negotiations on behalf of Mitryushkin with European clubs and on the last day of the transfer window helped to carry out the transfer of a talented football player to the club from the Swiss championship.

    - Mitryushkin was not ready to leave Spartak, but Cheltsov managed to convince him to try his hand in Western Europe, - said Life source in the club. - Cheltsov told Mitryushkin his theory, according to which a young Russian player can develop only being in a competitive environment, where he will not be given indulgences due to the presence of a Russian passport, where he will have to learn a foreign language and be far from the capital's entertainment. According to the agent, after several years in Europe Mitryushkin will be able to return to the Russian championship as a full-fledged master and claim the role of the first number not only in one of the clubs Russian Premier League, but also in the Russian national team at the home world championship.

Recall that the case of the brutal murder of the first licensed agent in the history of Russian football, ex-Torpedo midfielder Yuri Tishkov, received a wide response. According to Tishkov's relatives, it was his childhood friend Cheltsov who involved the athlete in the agency business. And Cheltsov himself, who at that time held the post of deputy general director of the Ramenskiy "Saturn", was the curator of Tishkov's agency affairs. Meanwhile, they were patronized by a businessman with a criminal past, Oleg Shishkanov, who served 10 years for murder.

In the winter of 2002, the group managed to make the first big deal - to employ Torpedo-ZIL midfielder Dmitry Smirnov in Spartak Moscow. During this winter transfer window, other large-scale agreements were planned, but on the night of January 10-11, 2003, Tishkov was killed. He was stabbed 29 times.

According to law enforcement agencies, there was a verbal agreement between the leadership of CSKA and the Torpedo-ZIL club that a number of players, including Smirnov, were to move from Torpedo to CSKA. Nevertheless, at the direction of Tishkov, Smirnov allegedly refused the offer of the president of CSKA Evgeny Giner and signed a contract with the main competitor - Spartak. As a result of these actions, Giner and Tishkov had a conflict. It was this incident, according to the investigation, that could have caused the agent's murder.

However, there were other versions in the case. As it turned out, Cheltsov was the last person to see Tishkov alive. From the testimony of Cheltsov, it follows that on January 10, the friends had dinner at a restaurant and parted at about 23:00. At 00:30 Cheltsov was at home, and at 3 am Tishkov's wife called him and said that her husband had been killed.

Soon Cheltsov left Russia, and nothing was heard about him for a long time. In recent years he has been living in Europe. The main witness in the case of Tishkov's murder only occasionally visits Moscow. In the Russian capital, he is constantly accompanied by armed guards.

Who killed the first football agent: Novaya Gazeta reconstructed the circumstances of the loudest murder in history sports Russia and calls the name of the alleged killer

On the night of January 10-11, 2003, in Moscow, near his own house on Dmitrovskoe highway, a former footballer of "Torpedo" and "Dynamo", sports commentator and football agent Yuri Tishkov was killed. On January 11, the senior investigator of the Timiryazevskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office was initiated on the grounds of Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. 13 years have passed since then: the case changed its number several times, the territorial investigating authorities and investigators, was suspended, resumed, again suspended.

We have been trying to get this criminal case for a long time. And today we publish his materials for the first time - part of the procedural documents that were gathering dust in the archives of the Investigative Committee, as a memory of the most daring murder in Russian football... These materials will make it possible to understand how thoroughly the investigation of such a resonant crime was carried out: which versions the law enforcement officers were working on, and which ones they chose to ignore; how the operational activities were carried out and what are their results.

In addition, we are publishing for the first time a composite of the murderer Yuri Tishkov, whose identity for more than ten years has not been established by the investigation, but was found by Novaya Gazeta.

The interrogator of the Timiryazevsky police station stared blankly at the body of a young man lying at his feet, brutally murdered by an unidentified piercing-cutting object. A forensic expert was bending over the corpse, the operatives of the police brigade on duty stood nearby and smoked, pulled out of bed early at dawn, the onlookers nervously shifted from foot to foot. It was already half past three in the morning by the clock, the January frost was burning skin on the street - the thermometer dropped below 25 degrees.

The elderly criminologist at first could not figure out what caused the death - a gunshot wound or stab wounds inflicted by "some sharp object" - but a little later he made a choice in the direction of the latter and left the body to his colleague for careful study ...

The everyday cold silence of the Lefortovo morgue, where only pathologists and their assistants usually worked, today was interrupted by discussions between police officers and prosecutors, whispering attesting witnesses and tears of the victim's relatives.

The forensic examination of the corpse was carried out by the expert of the Bureau of the SME KZ of Moscow, A.I. Isaev.

“External and internal examination revealed intravital bodily injuries: 8 stabbed blind and through non-penetrating right shoulder, 23 punctured penetrating and non-penetrating wounds of the trunk with damage to the right lung, aorta, liver, hemorrhages in the pleural and pericardial cavities, 2 puncture wounds of the left shoulder<…>... All injuries were caused by impacts of a piercing object having a blade with four ribs, not more than 1.2 cm wide at the level of immersion and not less than 17 cm long. Taking into account the through wound channel between the wounds, all injuries were inflicted by at least 29 blows.<…>After receiving injuries, death occurred after a short time, when there was a loss of consciousness from blood loss and squeezing of the heart with blood<…>... During the forensic chemical examination of the blood and urine of the corpse, ethyl alcohol was not found ”- these are the brief excerpts from the expert's volumetric conclusion.

The nature of the murder and the weapon called "lance" in the criminal environment left no doubt among those present: "It was an order."

    Open career break

“He was invited to a sports boarding school, and I and his first coach, Balashov, insisted on continuing their studies at a secondary school. The school was with advanced study of physics and mathematics. At the end of the lessons, he immediately ran to training, from there - home, the next day - all over again ", - Yuri Tishkov's mother Galina Grigorievna, it seems, still cannot talk about her son in the past tense.

She proudly shows Tishkov's certificate of graduation with honors from school No. 315 at the Russian Academy of Sciences on Krasnoselskaya and his silver medal, which is an extremely rare case for a professional football player.

Tishkov was special: having liked Viktor Balashov, the coach of the Sokol Children's and Youth Sports School in Sokolniki, in the 3rd grade, he managed to combine football with studies throughout his school life. And when Balashov received an invitation to train children at the Torpedo-ZIL school on Avtozavodskaya, Yuri Tishkov followed him.

After graduating from school, his mother says, Yura threatened to go to the flying school if he was not given the opportunity to prove himself in the team of masters.

But in 1987 football club"Torpedo" signed his first professional contract with Tishkov, so he preferred the Institute to the flying school. physical culture and sports price Malakhovka.

In 1993, Tishkov, at the invitation of Nikolai Tolstykh and head coach Valery Gazzaev, moved to Dynamo Moscow.

“I conjured him:“ Don't leave the “Torpedo” - this is your home, only here you will be fine! ” She even promised to break the contract with Dynamo and burn all the money that they promised to pay him there, "the words of Tishkov's mother turned out to be prophetic: on July 5, 1993 in Kolomna, during the 1/16 finals of the Russian Cup against Avangard, Yuri as a result of a rude tackle received an open fracture of the fibula.

“An injury that is virtually incompatible with professional football,” wrote the entire sports press at the time.

But the 22-year-old Tishkov was not going to quit football: having spent more than a year in the infirmary, he finished playing at Dynamo until the end of his contract, and in 1997 he moved to Kazan Rubin.

However, a career in Tatarstan did not work out - a year later, Tishkov returned to Moscow with a conflict.

According to his wife, Rubin's management did not want to give Tishkov a debt of $ 25,000, which is why the player was forced to go to court: “He even reached the Supreme Court. As a result, the club was ordered to pay the required amount. After that, they began to threaten him with physical harm. Fearing for the life of our son, he even asked me not to leave the house, to be careful. Yura filed a complaint with the Timiryazevsky police station on the fact of death threats. Over time, the conflict situation was settled, and the threats stopped. "

As it turned out later, it was this situation that awakened in Tishkov the desire to become an agent.

Rubin became the last club of Tishkov's player - the next year he got a job as a children's coach at the Torpedo-ZIL school and began commenting on the top division matches at the TVC, and at the same time took up education: he went to the courses of the Higher School of Coaches and entered the Law Academy.

At the end of 2001, Tishkov moved into the agency business. Then big money flowed into the clubs, the cost of the players increased sharply - and the deals with the transfer of players began to promise big profits to their members.

As a result, a queue of people wishing to obtain an agent's license lined up in the Russian Football Union: it allowed them to conclude formal agreements with football players and clubs and claim part of the payments from transactions. Tishkov was the first holder of such a license.

According to relatives, Tishkov was involved in the new business by his childhood friend, a Torpedo graduate Maxim Cheltsov, who at that time held the position of Deputy General Director for Youth Affairs at Saturn in Ramensk.

The owner of the club near Moscow at that time was an authoritative businessman Oleg Shishkanov (Shishkan), with whom Tishkov and other “tied” with big football periodically arranged amateur matches. Under the patronage of Shishkan, then a group of agents was supposedly formed, which Tishkov himself was supposed to enter.

“The functions were planned to be distributed as follows: Yura is the official person of this informal group, Max Cheltsov is his curator, and Oleg Nikolaevich Shishkanov is a figure providing high patronage,” recalls the former club manager, who asked not to mention his name.

In the winter of 2002, the group managed to make the first big deal - to employ Torpedo-ZIL midfielder Dmitry Smirnov in Spartak Moscow. Other major agreements have been planned for this winter transfer window.

    Versions of the investigation

The operative support of the case of the murder of Yuri Tishkov was carried out by the employees of the 1st ORC under the Criminal Investigation Department of the KM of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CAO in Moscow. Over the course of a month, the employees of the criminal investigation department carried out a number of necessary operational and technical measures, restoring the chain of events that preceded the murder of Yuri Tishkov, and having received initial information about the alleged killer. We will come back to how the Ugro worked to establish the identity of the murderer - but for now we will study the versions considered by law enforcement officers.

“It is clear that the MUR connected this murder exclusively with Tishkov's professional activities, although the press had to be fed with everyday versions of the crime,” says a former criminal investigation officer familiar with the course of the investigation in this criminal case.

According to him, before starting to work out the versions of the murder of Yuri Tishkov, law enforcement officers had to work hard to study the peculiarities of "business customs in Russian football." Accidents sometimes helped to plunge into the world of legal relations in football.

So, on January 20, 2003, L.B. Smirnov sent to the address of the prosecutor of the Timiryazevskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office Smerdov N.F. , in which he reported on dubious monetary transactions to which Yuri Tishkov could be involved. It was about the transfer in 2002 of the Torpedo-ZIL football player Konstantin Kamnev (whose interests were represented by Tishkov) to the Terek Grozny: a transfer contract worth 60 thousand dollars was concluded between the clubs, but the seller did not receive the money - at the same time, the Department of the Federal Treasury for In the Chechen Republic, 4.2 million rubles were transferred to the account of the garbage dump LLC "Eliond" in the bank "Dialog-Inform" as payment for the transfer.

The detectives did not consider this information as a separate version of Tishkov's murder, says the ex-employee of the criminal investigation department, but “she made it clear that the murder is connected with a lot of money that is paid for the transitions of football players.”

The investigation seriously approached the first and only officially documented version of the murder at the end of February 2003, when the criminal case was withdrawn from the proceedings of the Timiryazevskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office and transferred to the prosecutor's office of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow (SAO). This version concerns the failed transfer of the Torpedo-ZIL footballer Dmitry Smirnov to CSKA Moscow, which was only recently acquired by a group of businessmen led by Evgeny Giner.

This is how the footballer Smirnov himself describes the situation ( ): “In the second half of 2002, Torpedo-ZIL had a difficult financial situation, which resulted in non-payment of wages. Specifically, I did not receive salary for September, October and November 2002<…>... In this regard, Tishkov and I decided to issue a statement to the FTC ( control and disciplinary committee.A. S.) RFU on termination of the contract. On December 18, 2002, the first meeting of the FTC took place, which decided to terminate the contract. Around December 11, 2002, Tishkov and I went to a meeting with CSKA President Yevgeny Giner. The meeting took place in the CSKA sports complex near the Aeroport metro station. The meeting was initiated by Tishkov. Talk<с Гинером>was without specifics. Giner asked me if I would like to play for CSKA, I replied that I was not against it. As I was told earlier in "Torpedo", "Torpedo" and CSKA were considered teams-friends<…>... Why my transfer to CSKA did not take place, I think, for tactical reasons,<…>It would have been more difficult for me to get into the main team, so Tishkov suggested moving to Spartak.<…>Around December 20, 2002, Tishkov and I went to Spartak. There we met with President Andrei Chervichenko and General Director Alexander Shikunov. As a result of this meeting, a 5-year contract was signed.<…>According to the agency agreement, I had to pay Tishkov 10% of my salary every month. "

A little later, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow CAO to carry out certain investigative actions with the following content: “According to available information, there was a verbal agreement between the management of CSKA and Torpedo-ZIL that a number of players, including Smirnov, were to move from Torpedo to CSKA in the account of the repayment of financial debts to CSKA by the Torpedo club.<…>From the proposal of the president of CSKA Giner E.L. Smirnov refused to sign a contract with the club at the direction of Tishkov due to unfavorable conditions<…>... Because of this, there was a conflict between Giner and Tishkov in about mid-December 2002 ”.

The fact that the negotiations between Tishkov and Giner, who wanted to get the footballer, proceeded with complications, a number of witnesses reported in their testimonies. But, according to the former top manager of one of the Russian clubs, Giner's complaints arose primarily against the president of Spartak, Andrei Chervichenko.

“There was a gentlemen's agreement between the top clubs: no one steals players from each other. This made it possible to protect against agents who speculated in the transfer market. This began with the story of Sychev, whom the agents tried to get out of Spartak. CSKA promised not to take the player, although there were financial opportunities for this. And Giner kept his word: no one took Sychev in Russia. And then the story happened with Smirnov, whom Chervichenko took to him. At the general meeting RFPL clubs There was a tense dialogue between the two presidents: “Why did you do this ?! How much did you pay for it ?! " - shouted Giner. “700 thousand dollars,” Chervichenko answered guiltily, ”the interlocutor says.

How much money Tishkov received from the funds paid is not clear, however, according to the football agent, Maxim Cheltsov provided "cover" for Tishkov.

Another object of attention of the investigating authorities in the context of the story with the football player Smirnov was the president of Torpedo-ZIL, Yuri Belous, who took over the club in the fall of 2002 after it was acquired by Norilsk Nickel. From the documents of the prosecutor's office: “At the beginning of January 2003, the general manager of Torpedo-ZIL, Yuri Belous, in a conversation with his friend R.N. Erginov. said that Tishkov had to be dealt with, since the latter had taken away a promising player from the club, for whom the club had not received monetary compensation ”.

According to Yuri Belous, he is not familiar with the person indicated in the order: “This is the first time I have heard. Yes, I was not happy with Tishkov's actions. I faced a massive outflow of players without compensation, and Tishkov was one of those who hid our footballer. You are talking about debts to Smirnov. But the debts were to the whole team, the debts were generated by the previous owner, and we repaid them all - this was one of the conditions for the acquisition of the club by Norilsk Nickel. But Smirnov's side specifically waited for a delay of three months in order to break the current contract through the jurisdictional bodies of the RFU and take the player away for free. Otherwise, we would have received money for his transfer to another club. When the decision to terminate the contract had already been made and it became clear that we would not get anything, I let go of this situation: I wished Smirnov good luck, and on New Year's Eve I congratulated Tishkov on the prize he had received for the best commentator in the country. That was the last time I saw him. I was shocked when I learned about his murder. "

According to a former employee of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, at the end of the spring of 2003 the investigation was already formal in nature: "The real operational search activities, in fact, have ceased." He explains this by the position of the leadership of the territorial law enforcement agencies. This is also confirmed by Vasily Grischak, a close friend of Yuri Tishkov, his mother's lawyer: “The prosecutor’s office told me something like this:“ This case should not be dealt with by the district, but at least by the city, or even by the Prosecutor General’s Office. Raise it higher - and there will be a result. " People who could have helped, I mean, first of all, the Dynamo leadership, remained indifferent. "

The investigation (represented by MUR employees) also considered another version of Tishkov's murder - it is connected with his potential cooperation with young Zenit players, future players of the national team: Andrei Arshavin, Igor Denisov, Alexander Kerzhakov and Vladimir Bystrov.

The fact that Tishkov was planning to work with Arshavin was reported in their testimony by several witnesses at once. In addition, this was indicated by the results of a search in Tishkov's apartment: the operatives found "to the labor contract between Zenit and Arshavin on seven sheets."

According to a number of procedural documents, Yuri Tishkov was in St. Petersburg from January 5 to 9, where, in between the Granatkin Cup matches, he held business meetings with, as it seemed to him, future clients. However, another football agent, Pavel Andreev, who became famous thanks to the scandalous transition from Moscow “Spartak” to the Marseilles “Olympic” of forward Dmitry Sychev, claimed the Zenit players.

Andreev, according to a functionary familiar with him, was under the tutelage of the notorious Sergei Nikolaevich Lalakin (Luchok), who had tremendous influence in Podolsk and the Moscow region and was friends with senior officials, including the then President of the RFU Vyacheslav Koloskov.

“Naturally, as a sign of respect, he transferred part of the proceeds from football to his comrades from Podolsk,” the source said.

How Tishkov's business meetings in St. Petersburg ended, the materials of the criminal case did not say, but he returned worried. His friend, at that time the defender of the Elista “Uralan” Igor Chugainov, speaks about this: “We were traveling in the same compartment. Yura was very tense. I asked him: "Yura, what are you doing?" - "Yes, so, nonsense" - he did not like to talk about his affairs. "

The strangeness in Tishkov's behavior was also noted by his brother, who met him at the Leningradsky railway station: “Yura looked very tense. He was not a chatterbox, so he did not talk about his business. But on the whole, he was always cheerful, but here he thought all the way, was silent. And at some point he even dropped: "Volodya, can you take me around in the near future?" He himself was a car enthusiast, but for some reason he needed another person. Perhaps to feel calmer. I then did not pay attention to these words, then I remembered for a long time. "

A day after returning from St. Petersburg, Tishkov was killed.

Soon the Zenit players entered into agency agreements with Pavel Andreev.

Part of the proceeds from working with Zenit footballers, according to a functionary familiar with Andreev, was sent to representatives of the Ramensky District of the Moscow Region.

    An important witness

Galina Tishkova is sure that Maxim Cheltsov, with whom Yuri was friends from the torpedo school, and then worked closely, can shed light on the circumstances of the murder of her son. “I said to the investigator: Maxim knows more than he says. When she more or less recovered from the loss of her son, she began to look for Cheltsov. But he never got in touch since then, never called. He avoided meeting in every possible way. It is difficult for him to look me in the eyes, I can feel it, ”says Galina Tishkova.

According to her, during the funeral ceremonies, Cheltsov was the only one who spoke about the everyday nature of the murder: “He was at home and at the commemoration he told us all that this was not connected with business, with football, it was just a domestic conflict that ended in murder. I was not the only one who paid attention to this oddity. "

Cheltsov reported the same to the investigation ( from the testimony of a witness): “I can’t tell the investigation anything suspicious that could indicate the danger of Tishkov’s life in Lately... I can assume that Yura was not killed because of football. Probably, there was something like a fight, he stood up for someone or someone recalled him, and something happened. "

And this is not the only part of Cheltsov's testimony that Tishkov's acquaintances are critical of ( from the protocol): “As far as I know, Tishkov lived at the expense of the funds that he accumulated by playing football.<…>He did not receive anything from agency activities, since he had just started to engage in this activity. "

According to Vladimir Tishkov, Yuri's older brother, in the winter of that year, Tishkov Jr. just felt comfortable: “When I drove him to the Leningradsky railway station on January 5, he asked what I had with the money. I replied that it was not very good. Yura counted out five hundred dollars. At that time, he was fine with his money. "

That there were problems in friendly relations between Cheltsov and Tishkov, Elena Tishkova, the wife of Yuri ( from the testimony of a witness): “Let me explain what alerted me: we were going to leave to celebrate the New Year at Maxim Cheltsov's, took our son to his mother in Golitsyno. On December 31, 2002, my husband was at home and congratulated everyone on the phone with the New Year. I went to my neighbor for about an hour, and when I returned, at about 19.00, my husband abruptly changed his mind and said that we would go to celebrate the New Year at my mother's. Why he did this, what was the reason, I did not understand, he did not explain to me. "

In addition to being Tishkov's partner and friend, Cheltsov was the last person to see Tishkov alive ( from the testimony of Cheltsov): “The last time I saw Tishkov was at about 22.30<10 января 2003 года>in the restaurant "Power" near the metro station "Smolenskaya". There was a young guy from Estonia (footballer) and his father Aivar. They came to "Spartak", where the guy-footballer was seen. When I parted with Tishkov at about 22.50, he asked me to pay for the dinner, since he had $ 100 in his pocket. I paid, and we parted. I was home at 00.30. On January 11 at 3 am Tishkov's wife called and said that he was killed at home. "

It was not possible to contact Cheltsov. According to our law enforcement sources, for the past few years he has been living in France, uses a European number and only occasionally visits Moscow, where he is accompanied by armed guards.

    Killer

According to the ex-MUR employee, the murderer of Yuri Tishkov was not alone in the crime: “It is known that the offender was waiting for his victim near the house. I did not enter the entrance. Considering the 25-degree frost, he could not spend more than 20-30 minutes on the street: otherwise there would have been problems with performance. Probably, the murderer was helped by two accomplices: one directed at the victim (which means he knew what time Tishkov would arrive), the second took him home and took him away. "

At that time, the investigation had the technical capabilities to identify these persons: according to the operational information of the operative of the 1st ORC under the Criminal Investigation Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CAO dated April 1, 2003, “documents were prepared and sent to obtain information about all calls from mobile phones of subscribers who were in the period of the murder in the area of the repeater covering the building 33 of the building. 6 along Dmitrovskoe highway ".

The information received, according to the former detective, may be in the search file, which was conducted by the staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CAO.

As an example of the fact that law enforcement agencies were already effectively using the technology of detecting faces by mobile phones, such a curious case can testify. At the time of the murder, Tishkov had a mobile phone, which during the examination of the corpse and the scene of the crime was not found by the investigation. During the event in February, the exact address of the location of the phone was established: on Korneichuk street, where Tatyana T. lived.

As it turned out, this phone was given to her by one of the employees of the duty brigade of the Timiryazevsky police station, which was the first to arrive at the call to the place of Tishkov's murder.

But the main evidence of the investigation is not the telephone connections. The very next day (!) After the murder, the investigation team had a composite sketch of the perpetrator of the crime ( see illustration).

Apparently, at least three people could have seen the killer.

From the report of the senior operative of the 1st ORCH at the OUR KM of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the CAO in Moscow: “I report that I had a conversation with Igor F. At 00.00 he went out to the stairwell to smoke and saw through the window how Tishkov's car drove into the parking lot, the victim got out out of the car and went to the entrance.<…>A few seconds later F. heard cries for help, he looked down and saw that an unknown man was running past the first entrance, from the eastern end, towards the second entrance. Signs: up to 40 years old, height is about 170-175 cm, athletic build. Dressed in: a dark jacket, dark trousers, a black knitted hat. F. cannot describe it more precisely, since he watched everything that happened from the 10th floor. He drew attention to the parking attendant, who at the indicated moment was at the entrance to the gatehouse and looked towards the western end of the house.<…>He also saw that a man with a dog was standing at the gatehouse.<…>».

Several unrelated people whom we familiarized with the identifier of the killer said that this face looks like a man known in the criminal world as Misha Chebrik ( The name of the person is known to the editorial office), - a professional boxer, a member of the Podolsk criminal community, "curator" of a number of football agents.

In the database of the ZIC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, there is no information about this person's criminal record.

The forensic expert, whom we familiarized with the results of the forensic medical examination of Tishkov's corpse, came to the conclusion that the offender was not a professional killer, but possessed good striking technique: he inflicted at least 29 blows and not a single one - isolated, which could lead to instant death; all strikes were delivered from a short distance and with high frequency.

According to Vasily Grischak, the cruelty shown by the murderer was not accidental: “Judging by the nature of the crime, Yura should have been brutally killed. Perhaps it was such an act of intimidation. A signal to all those who tried to bring other standards to football (and there were those who wanted to): don't bother, there will be no mercy! "

... About a thousand people came to say goodbye to Yuri Tishkov at the Danilovskoye cemetery: football players, coaches, agents, functionaries and ordinary football fans carried flowers and wreaths to his grave. Representatives of all strata joined the ritual of farewell to Tishkov - there were Dynamo, and torpedo, and Ramen, and even Podolsk.

A large beautiful monument to Tishkov was erected by his close friend Maksim Cheltsov - as they say, on the personal order of Oleg Shishkanov (who has since periodically said meaningfully: "They will answer for my Tisha!").

One of the agents who attended the commemoration recalls how at some point with colleagues in the shop they decided to have a drink "so that our turn did not come."

It seems to be the only queue where no one else was eager to climb forward.
