Dmitry Ananko is a Soviet and Russian football player of Spartak Moscow, who played as a defender. During his career he has achieved good results. Ananko is the only one in the Russian football history an athlete who took part in winning all the trophies of Spartak after the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Biography
Dmitry Ananko, whose biography is full of victories on football fields, was born on September 29, 1973 in Novocherkassk, Rostov Region. The first lessons of the game, which later became his profession, he received in a sports boarding school in the city of Rostov. It was there that Dmitry learned to play as a defender. - You left Spartak in the summer. Have there been offers since then?

So right now I'm enjoying fatherhood while I have time. During the pause, I finally graduated from the Industrial and Financial University. - Why did you go for legal knowledge?
- After the theft of my car from the Spartak base. It was in 93 or 94.
- From the base? There are guards, fences and gates.
- We flew to the training camp, and left the cars at the base. Previously, there was really no security, grandfather was sitting. The lock was cut off, my Mitsubishi Pajero was stolen, and Tikhonov's was stolen. The car was insured, but they didn't pay me anything. At the age of 22, after the institute of physical education, he went to law school to find out why our people are so unprotected. I even had a thesis on the topic: "Private property, theft of private property and methods of investigation."

He sleeps four hours a day. He goes in for sports, runs in the mornings, constantly goes to consult and operate. Brazil, China, America, Russia - in general, he is handsome. Somehow, four of us came to him: Ilya Tsymbalar, Valera Kechinov, Miroslav Romashchenko and me. Pfeiffer diagnosed all four of them immediately. After examination, it turned out that all diagnoses were accurate. How? He says that by walking. This does not mean that there are no good specialists in Russia. They are, but few.
- The most unknown segment of your career is the period at Ajaccio.
I have always wanted to try myself abroad. Called in "Karlsruhe", but at the level of management did not work out. Sergei Bogdanovich (Semak - Match TV) helped me to leave for France. Thank him for this. We phoned, he said that there is an option with Ajaccio. I went to Corsica primarily to feel like a football player what Europe is. The French championship is one of the top five leagues in Europe. To learn a language, to somehow test myself. In Corsica, of course, incredible beauty. In the morning I went to the embankment, drank coffee with croissants and realized: “I will stay for a year anyway. It doesn't matter how much you get paid." Although they made the same conditions as in Spartak.
The coach was Roland Courbis, who later worked in Alania. I flew in a jacket, tie, with a phrase book. On the plane, I learned some ten words so that at least I could order coffee. Courbis came to meet me at the airport, and he was only from fishing: in slippers on his bare feet, in a tracksuit and in fish scales. I sit down to him in the back seat, his spinning almost pierced my eyes. The team there was like the Tula Arsenal: they had just entered major league the budget is small. We fought with everyone to the blood: ever since the European Cup I remember how hard it was to play with the French teams. Because in France there are many legionnaires from Africa, athletic fighters. It was important to be able to play with one touch, otherwise the legs would have been torn off. So I often recalled Spartak there.
In our team there was one healthy black guy named Mamadou, and they settled me with him. The eyes are either white or red. - Does something remind you of Napoleon in Corsica?
– Corsica is something in the best traditions of our Caucasus. Wayward people, thirsting for independence. They have a pirate's head on their flag - it just suited me after Rostov. They really do not like French visitors from the continent. There is a movie called The Corsican. Everything is described in it as it is, I look at it with pleasure. On the one hand, people in Corsica are of a wide soul, on the other hand, they are very clan-like.
Once there was a case. Parisians opened a fashion cafe in the city center: that is, a cafe below, and things are sold at the top. On the opening day, there was an explosion. By that time, they gave me a translator, and she was a lawyer for local nationalists. I tried to find out from her who died, who was injured. She said with a smile that everyone was warned about the explosion 24 hours in advance, so there was no one there. It's just a telling story, an act of intimidation to keep strangers out.
I finally realized in Corsica that there is some other life besides football. In Russia, out of 365 days, 300 of you are at the training camp. And there he trained for two hours - and is free. Titles in France did not increase, but he looked at life differently. There is a sharp difference with Moscow, where the sun is severely lacking. Everything is positive.
- During your work at Spartak, have you done something that you can be proud of?
- I think that we have done everything to change the atmosphere in the team. This atmosphere is currently working in Spartak. But there is a leader, he decides. We said goodbye. Our headquarters has completed the main task set for the season. Now only time will judge us all.
You see, coming to Barcelona or Real Madrid is one situation. What, did Zidane teach them to hit the ball better? No, there is more psychology here, the ability to unite people. And to come to a club where they have been waiting for the championship for 15 years, where the press and pressure are immediately - it's completely different. I clearly understood for myself what we did useful for Spartak when I was on an internship at Rostov with Kurban Berdyev. And what happened in Spartak in the 90s. We will do without details, but the main thing is the attitude of the players to the case. In "Spartacus" it becomes correct.
Tell me more about the atmosphere. What was before you and what is left after you?
– You can see that now people began to die on the field. How many matches were won in the last minutes? Who cares? Who wants more. We were moving towards this, but everything takes time. Football club- this is not a microwave where you can reduce or add temperature. Everything happens gradually, these are living people. Of course, Carrera brought something of his own to the atmosphere of the team. He is great, everyone is waiting for the championship, and the guys began to show their best qualities.
But understand: we are people who have experienced a lot in this club, who understood what jersey we played in. We knew what kind of club it was and how many fans it had. We informed the guys why they should play in Spartak. That you have to be an example for children, for fans. Spartak is a social phenomenon in this country. Until now, wherever we go, everyone comes up and thanks for the years of playing.
- Who in Spartak understood best that you need to be an example?
– I think Artem Rebrov. Due to attitude, diligence, human qualities. Maybe he needs to add in rigidity. Quincy is a great professional, he can miss training only due to illness. The same Glushakov, although he has not even reached his level yet. Many Spartak players have a reserve.
- Do you have any complaints about your work at Spartak?
- Of course, if I didn’t have the first place. There are complaints about working for myself both in Spartak and in Arsenal. In Tula, they couldn't stay in the Premier League, and based on the results of my work at Spartak, I will give myself a satisfactory rating. But we must understand that we worked for only a year. It is difficult to immediately grow the perfect potato in a field with weeds.
- Why do you rate satisfactorily? For seven defenders in a match with Rostov?
- In the match with Rostov, this is how things turned out. Firstly, we didn't start playing with seven defenders in that game. Secondly, you don't know what state all the players are in. We released those people who at that time were better prepared.

- Do you even understand what the transfer of a football player from club to club means? Especially a foreign player, especially in Spartak. You remember Louis Robson very well. Who did he come to and who did he become? The trainer was the same. Whose merit is this, what does it say?
- Robson, apparently, acclimatized and began to play.
- Here is the answer to your question. Some learn faster, some take longer. The general atmosphere in the team is also important, for sure Ze Luis began to understand Russian a little better. When he first came, he still had a personal problem in the family, which I would not like to voice. Football is not 90 minutes of play, heel passes and backswings. It is also personal life, friendship, microclimate, training. You see, if you put boots and a T-shirt on a tree, it will not play. And the story with Ze Luis is very similar to the story with Robson. It remains only to become a champion and more than once.

“The first is self-giving. Look how the eyes burn and how the guys fight each other. The second is the understanding of the players, how to defend, how to insure each other for the whole team, and not just for the defenders.

You know, a lot depends on the team, tasks, specific people. Let's say the period of work from Alenichev in the youth team seemed to me insanely interesting. Therefore, I will continue to cooperate with him in the Tula Arsenal with pleasure.
- Football still outweighed the business?
Speaking specifically about Tula, I am ready to combine both positions: to help the head coach and to benefit the club as a manager. And then we'll see.
It is known that you were engaged in real estate. But real estate is too abstract. What exactly was your activity in this area?
Now this market is not as interesting to me as before. You could say it's a milestone. I want to move forward. I am currently writing my thesis in sports management. We must always change, seek and find something new and interesting in life. After all, I also worked in insurance for six months - I know what kind of business it is. Now all the forces, knowledge and desires will be given to the revival of Arsenal.

Did you already perceive coaching in the youth team as a job, a craft, or still as another life experiment?
The word "hobby" it certainly could not be called. We represented the country, even if only at one youthful age. I myself started playing in national teams from the age of 15, for me the national team is not just words, not an empty phrase. Therefore, he took his work seriously. It is a pity that it was not possible to fulfill the tasks set, initially they were the highest. In any case, even from a negative result, it is possible and necessary to draw positive conclusions that will allow us not to repeat certain mistakes in the future. It was indicative for me that the guys were happy to go to the national team.

Your "Spartak" in a good sense thundered in the Champions League. What was different - time, team or all together?
Football is constantly changing and growing. However, I would like to say that Spartacus"In those years, he was one family - starting with a janitor at the base and ending with the first team. I don’t feel any super-emotions, because I would like to see my native club constantly fighting for the championship and setting the task of reaching Europe as far as possible.
