    Access to the stadium

The Arena Khimki stadium, which hosts home matches of FC Dynamo Moscow, is equipped with a turnstile system. To enter the stadium with a ticket, you must insert the ticket into the reader (highlighted in orange) with the barcode in front. After reading the barcode, a corresponding information message will appear on the turnstile display (see below)

    Message types:

"Welcome" - Entry is allowed, you can go through the turnstile. Welcome to the game!

“Ticket has already been used” - Double use of the ticket, your ticket has already passed the entrance control and its owner is at the stadium. You will be denied attending the event, on the grounds that it is impossible to re-pass on a photocopy or original ticket.

"Invalid entry number" - The ticket is intended for another entry. On the ticket, in the “entrance” field, the number of the entrance to the stadium through which you can go to the stands is indicated.

"Invalid Event" - The ticket is for a different event.

"Access denied" - The ticket is not in the system or the barcode is not from the ticket system. This is an invalid ticket and cannot be used to enter the stadium.

If there is no reaction to the barcode on the display, then: it is necessary to hand over the ticket to the steward serving this entry group. If the turnstile does not respond, the steward visually checks the ticket for the presence of a barcode and the absence of damage to the barcode, and will independently try to read the barcode from the ticket again.

If the ticket is repeatedly "not read", the steward will call the ticket department employee, who will either solve your problem or reasonably refuse to enter the stadium.

If the integrity of the barcode is violated, and this has led to the impossibility of reading, as well as the absence of a barcode on the ticket, you will be denied attending the event.

Refunds of an e-ticket are only possible if the match is postponed or canceled. The organizer will not be held liable for any claim, loss, compensation, loss or expense as a result of cancellation, postponement or alteration of a match.

Going to the match of football "Zenith" in St. Petersburg is not as scary as it could be. Unless, of course, you find yourself in the crowd of blue-white-blue fans, while proudly carrying the flag of Moscow “Spartak”. Otherwise, everything is simple, from tickets and chants to the entrance and exit from the stadium.

How to buy tickets for Zenit

There are many points of sale around the city - these are Bileter.ru kiosks and, as well as special ticket terminals, with which the whole city is dotted. Here is a complete list of places to buy tickets for Zenit:.

The most popular point for fans is the FC Zenit client office, which is located opposite the Petrovsky stadium (address: Dobrolyubova Avenue, Building 16, Letter A, Building 2), in the Arena-Hall business center on the ground floor. The office is open from 10 to 20. In order to find it faster, at the Sportivnaya metro station, find the sign "Prospect Dobrolyubova".

Tickets can also be purchased at the box office of the Petrovsky stadium itself, but only on the day of the match (!), As well as in the central Zenit Arena store on Nevsky Prospekt, 20. Do not forget the blue-white-blue paraphernalia at the same time.

There is an option to buy tickets in advance for "Zenith" online (), prices do not differ from offline. Follow the link, pay from the card, check your mail and print out the tickets.

But it should be borne in mind that the sale via the Internet is not carried out at all locations. You not buy tickets:
    - to the guest sector. Each guest team decides the issue of admitting fans to their sectors in a different way. In addition, in St. Petersburg, tickets to the guest sector can be bought at the client office on Dobrolyubova.
    - Sold by special offer for students (student ID must be presented).

    The best places on "Petrovsky"

On sectors 12 to 15 (see the diagram) for ordinary people who go to football for the first time, the passage is closed. These places are exclusively for the most dedicated and rabid fans - ultras. The entrance there is carried out strictly by subscription. This is the famous "Virage". But it is not very visible from there. More precisely, it is very difficult to see, especially what is happening at the distant gate.
The rest of the sectors are free sale. Here is their brief description.

Sector 8 sometimes supports chants from Sector 7.

Sector 7 is always screaming chants and other often obscene chants addressed to the 6th sector adjacent to it. It is better not to take children there. It can be seen well from there.

Sector 6 is usually a guest sector, where the enemy's fans are located.

Sector 5 is also a guest sector, but it is populated only if the enemy has an excess of support groups, for example, when CSKA or Spartak arrive.

Sector 4 is usually filled with fans who also chant chants.

In all fan sectors, fans support the team standing up during the match.
It is reasonable to take tickets to the central sectors, from there the view is better, and you will not have to stand, as, for example, if you take a ticket to sector 4.

Sector 2 - family. If you go to football with kids, then it is better to take tickets there. Children up to 7 years old enter the stadium free of charge, provided that they do not occupy a separate seat.

The club also cares about people with disabilities, following the link you can find out about places for people with disabilities at the Petrovsky stadium ().

The cost of tickets for "Zenith"

Zenit plays in several tournaments: Russian Football Premier League(RFPL), Champions League (Champions League) or UEFA Europa League (LE), Russian Cup. Prices for all these competitions differ depending on the status of the rival. Attendance also differs - for matches with such giants Russian football like CSKA, Lokomotiv, Dynamo or Spartak there are much more fans at the match.
For the Russian championship, ticket prices range from 700 to 2600 rubles. Tickets for Champions League or Europa League matches are slightly more expensive.

Very often the club organizes promotions for students. For some matches with weak rivals in cold weather (usually in late autumn and winter) in the 5th sector, tickets for this category of citizens are sold for only 250-300 rubles.

How safe is it to go to Zenit?

In terms of security, in general, there is nothing to worry about. The number of incidents at Zenit games, before and after them, does not exceed, and maybe even less than in other episodes of city life.

Even with major victories - in the UEFA Cup in 2008, over Bayern Munich in the semifinals of the same tournament, the Russian Championship in 2007, etc. (and at the same time pretty safe) walks. We personally were both witnesses and participants. Well, several plafonds in the metro were also damaged.

Despite some general demonic image of Zenit fans, the overwhelming majority of them are peaceful and quite cultured people who can furiously and loudly swear at the opposing team and its fans, but at the same time, leaving the stadium, calmly get into a non-poor car and go to the Mariinsky Theater for family.

Of course, fan fights, what is called the term "near football", periodically happen, but they take place on the ranks far from ordinary citizens. Sometimes only their direct participants and police officers who look after the fan movement know about the battles.

At the stadium "Petrovsky" and on the approach to it, thousands of police officers are on duty. To get to the stadium, you need to go through two stages of inspection: first at the entrance to the stadium area, and then at the Petrovsky itself. The whole procedure, even with a large crowd of people, takes 15-30 minutes.

You cannot bring with you to the Petrovsky stadium: bottles of water (even plastic), sharp-edged objects, alcohol and much more, read more in the rules of conduct at the stadium (). Men are examined more thoroughly, it is easier for girls to enter the stadium; the police check the contents of the bags, but everything is polite and fairly prompt. The atmosphere is generally quite friendly.

During matches, vigilant stewards observe what is happening in the stands and suppress any attempts to create riots. Fans, of course, allow themselves to burn pyrotechnics and sometimes even harm the property of the stadium, but it does not come to injuries.

How to get to the stadium "Petrovsky"

Petrovsky is located at Petrovsky Ostrov, 2, directly opposite the Sportivnaya metro station (do not confuse with Sportivnaya-2, it is located on the other bank of the Malaya Neva River).

There are several exits from Sportivnaya to the surface, follow the signs that are hung in the lobby after exiting the escalators. You need a sign to Bolshoy Prospekt, Petrovsky Stadium.

It's easier to get to the stadium on the day of the match: just follow the people in blue scarves and other branded paraphernalia, you will meet them at almost every metro station.

In addition, you can take a leisurely walk to Petrovsky from the Petrogradskaya, Gorkovskaya, Chkalovskaya, Sportivnaya-2 metro stations (across the Tuchkov bridge).

How to get from the city by public transport, in addition to the metro, is well written on the club's official website:.

Our recommendation is to come to the match an hour and a half before the starting whistle, so as not to go to the stadium in a large stream of people. St Petersburg loves football, and Zenit is one of the most visited teams in the Russian championship. And "Petrovsky" accommodates 20,985 people!

What to do during the half-time

A football match lasts approximately 2 hours. There is a break of 15 minutes between the halves. During this time, you will have time to snack on hot hot dogs, custard noodles, hot chocolate or tea. All food is sold at the entrance. Toilets are also available, they are located opposite the stalls with snacks.

How to leave home after the Zenit match?

Getting home after football is not easy. Car owners have their own understandable problems associated with a large number of cars. Those who travel by metro will also have a hard time. After each Zenith match, Sportivnaya metro station is closed for 40 minutes. Therefore, most of the spectators go to the nearest stations - Petrogradskaya and Chkalovskaya, some reach Gorkovskaya. The closest is Chkalovskaya, about 20 minutes walk.

How to get to the Russian championship match now? Can a child come to play unaccompanied by their parents? What is a Fan Card and when will it be released? Do you need to keep a document in your pocket when you go to the game? The innovations related to the sale of tickets with passports were explained to the SE correspondent by the director of legal affairs, head of the legal department of the RFPL Boris Larin.

    Dmitry SIMONOV
    from the House of Football

RUSSIA DOES NOT INVENT THE BIKE

The news about the sale of tickets for passports, as expected, caused a resonance. It always happens: something new immediately meets dissatisfaction. True, as the Premier League emphasizes, all the angry letters that come to the league are mainly the reaction of the ultras, while the fans who are not involved in fan groups reacted to the idea with understanding. In any case, we still have to know the reaction of people when the spring part of the championship starts, but in the Premier League we are sure that in the end the people will understand and approve the "passport theme".

We are not reinventing the wheel, and certainly not infringing on the rights of the fans, explains Larin. - The sale of tickets using passports has existed for many years in the leading championships of the Old World. In particular, in England, Germany, Italy. She helps to effectively fight hooligans. The system there is even stricter: you can't buy a ticket on the day of the game, you must first make an application on the club's website - and there they will decide whether to let you into the stadium or not. But we are talking about one of the most popular championships on the planet!

By the way, tickets for away matches under the auspices of UEFA are also sold only with passports, continues Larin. - So why no one has any complaints against UEFA? Because these are the rules of the game! And one more important point: they were installed not by officials from the House of Football, but by clubs. The problem arose a long time ago, and now we have come to a solution. The principled decision was made back in November, and at the last general meeting, all the clubs unanimously voted for the initiative.

Subscriptions were sold upon presentation of identity cards, and the club determined the procedure for selling ordinary tickets on its own. "You are trying to discourage people from football!" - someone declares. And we believe that we are defending the rights of ordinary fans who shy away from an aggressive fan environment. Yes, you have to get used to the innovation. In England, at first, they were also outraged. And then they realized that it was a necessity. Last season RFPL clubs paid fines for fan misconduct for a total of one million euros! These are significant costs.

    TICKET - DRIVING LICENSE

In principle, Russian clubs have previously had the opportunity to sell tickets with passports. But in strict order, this concerned only season tickets. With ordinary tickets, there was a choice. I remember that Anji sold tickets for the home games of the Europa League with passports, and Zenit also demanded that they show their St. Petersburg residence permit when they let their youth team play against CSKA. But now this is not a right, but a universal obligation. And after the "modernization" clause 21.8 will look like this:

"Subscriptions and tickets are sold to individuals upon presentation of a fan card or identity card (passport, driver's license, RF serviceman's ID) with the full name of the individual and the number of the presented document."

That is, a driver's license is also suitable. This is convenient: people often carry them with them than passports.

DO NOT CARRY PASSPORT TO THE MATCH

A fundamental clarification: a passport or driving license will be needed only when buying tickets, but not in order to enter the stadium.

You will have to go to football with a passport only if you buy a ticket just before the game, explains Larin. - The ticket will be enough to get inside the arena. At least for now. From next season, an access control system will be introduced everywhere. These are turnstiles that read the barcode from the ticket and, using video cameras, will be able to identify the fan. By the start of the next season, all RFPL participants must have them. Perhaps, with their appearance, something will change.

    WHAT IS A FAN MAP

In the text of the amendment, the new phrase "fan card" is striking.

In the future, it will replace the identity card, becoming its equivalent for football, it will look like a bank card, probably with the indication of the last name, other data, a photograph, says Larin. - However, while active discussions are underway, the format is being developed. It is possible that when selling tickets, the card will promise some discounts and other advantages. The map is supposed to appear in the new season. But, perhaps, not from the very first days. It is also planned to create a common fan base, as well as so-called black lists.

FOR LEGAL ENTITIES - TICKETS WITHOUT PASSPORTS

Legal entities purchase tickets on the basis of written applications, says Larin. - If the club fully trusts the company that makes the order, then it has the right to sell tickets without specifying the names and other passport data of those who will go to the match. And, of course, the club must be sure that the legal entity will not be engaged in the resale.

    - Who, in this case, will answer if such a guest, for example, carried a fire and threw it at the conditional Shunin?

Personal responsibility remains. Initially, a person who submits an application from a legal entity and puts his signature on it. Then, with its help, you can contact the offender. Typically, companies book tickets for fan sectors. If the club is approached not by a partner or sponsor, but by some "Horns and Hooves", then the club, naturally, will require data on each ticket.

HOW A CHILD GETS TO THE MATCH

Not all football fans have passports. Is it possible that the way to the stadium is now closed to the boys, who previously could easily go to the stadiums for daytime matches without their parents?

    - "The club itself determines the rules for the sale of tickets to persons under 14 years of age unaccompanied by adults, provided that a separate sector is allocated for persons of this category," Larin reads out the text from the amendment to the regulations. - Children should be protected from smokers, drinkers, swearing. That is, a special children's sector can be organized. If the child goes with someone from relatives or friends, then the relative buys two tickets for his last name.

    ONE DOCUMENT - MANY TICKETS

"The club itself determines how many tickets can be purchased for one ID card or fan card," - another quote from the amendment.

If, for example, a trusted employee or a trustworthy, long-time fan contacts the club, they can sell 10 and 20 tickets for one last name, - the RFPL employee gives an example. - And if "Vasya Ivanov" is not known to anyone, he will be given only one ticket according to his passport. This happens, for example, in England. Our delegation was bought 15 tickets by a person from the security service, and each one had his name on it. And he was responsible for each of us.

    - Will we also have the name of the person who bought it on the ticket?

On an e-ticket, yes. This is already being done. In other cases, it all depends on the technical capabilities at the box office. In principle, ticket forms are prepared in advance, and upon sale they are marked with the seat number. In theory, there should be an opportunity to drive in a surname.

    WHO WILL PUNISH

If an offense is committed at the stadium, the punishment will be applied primarily to the one in whose name the ticket was sold, - says the RFPL lawyer. - Even if the person did not commit the crime himself, but simply handed over the ticket to the offender, he will have difficulty buying tickets in the future. By the way, some clubs are already working in this direction. It's about one Moscow team. Several people, deprived of season tickets, tried to buy regular single tickets. But they were refused.

HOW TO GET TO THE GUEST MATCH

It will now be possible to buy tickets for the away sectors during away matches only through your club.

The guest club is obliged to submit either an application in writing or a refusal, if it does not plan to organize the fans or for some reason they themselves do not go to this city, - Larin continues. - But we are talking about the guest sectors. A conventional CSKA fan will be able to come, for example, to Nizhny Novgorod and buy a ticket to the central stand using a passport. As for organized trips, we ask the clubs through their websites to tell their fans in as much detail as possible about the new rules. We are ready for the fact that at first some of the fans will inevitably face problems. Due to ignorance. But with each round, the number of those who are not in the know will decrease.

WHAT IS A "GUEST MATCH WITHOUT VIEWERS"

The most radical change will affect the punishment of clubs for hooliganism of fans during the away meetings.

The disciplinary regulations (article 19, paragraph 3) already contain the rule of "an away match without spectators," says Larin. - But it is not clearly spelled out in the current document, it cannot be applied in practice. Now we want to introduce a real opportunity to punish the club for the bad behavior of fans on the road. "Close" guest sectors. If the fans are guilty during the next trip, this club will simply not be allocated space for their fans for the next game. This, of course, will not prevent someone from buying a ticket to the central stands. But there it is much easier to prevent possible atrocities and violations.

    P. S. At yesterday's meeting of the RFU Committee on Safety and Work with Fans, the RFPL initiative to sell tickets with passports and clarify the norm of a "away match without spectators" was discussed. It was decided to support this initiative. Thus, the amendments are likely to be adopted at a meeting of the RFU executive committee at the end of February. In other words, the sale of tickets with passports will be legalized. And only in practice will we be able to see and evaluate the pros, cons and "dark spots" of the new system.

"CLUBS STOPPED TO SUSPECT EACH OTHER"

The RFPL explained why the clubs came up with the initiative to hold the matches of the 29th round at different times, and not at the same time, as previously planned.

Previously, we followed the practice that the matches of the final two rounds begin on the same day and hour Moscow time, - says Boris Larin, Director of Legal Affairs, Head of the RFPL Legal Department. - Last year, for the first time, they tried to dissolve the matches of the penultimate round - and nothing terrible happened. There were almost no predictable results. It turns out that the meaning that was originally invested in this norm is no longer so relevant.

First, the transition games helped to get rid of the so-called tournament swamp. Secondly, the different start times are in the interests of TV and fans, who will not have to choose if they want to watch several games at once on the tour. Thirdly, earlier, about six or seven years ago, clubs feared that someone would fight unfairly. And now the level of trust has grown, the clubs have ceased to suspect each other.

Note that the final decision on the 29th round will be made at the RFU Executive Committee at the end of February.

FETISOV - FOR THE ELIMINATION OF FAN SECTORS

Chairman of the Subcommittee of the Federation Council on physical culture and sports Vyacheslav Fetisov believes that special "fan sectors" in the stands of stadiums should be eliminated.

Such a step would be an effective measure to combat hooliganism among fans, - quotes the famous hockey player RIA Novosti. - Match organizers, highlighting such zones, in fact, provoke the fans to conflicts and offenses.

According to him, the initiative can be formalized as an amendment to the law on fans, which the State Duma will soon consider in the first reading.
