(Rotation of straight arms forward and backward.)

We put our hands on the back,

    We bend the lower back.

    Now come on, buddy,

    Look at the ceiling.

(Put your palms on the back of your belt,

    slow backward bend.)

    We rested wonderfully

And it's time for us to sit at our desks.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    On Monday

    I went swimming on Monday

    (We represent swimming.)

    And on Tuesday he painted.

    (We depict drawing.)

I washed my face for a long time on Wednesday

    ("We wash.")

And on Thursday I played football.

    (Running in place.)

On Friday I was jumping, running,

    (We jump.)

I danced for a very long time.

    (We circle in place.)

    And on Saturday, Sunday

    (Claps your hands.)

    I rested all day.

    (Children squat down,

hands under the cheek, fall asleep.)

    You are probably tired

    Are you tired?

    (Walking in place.)

    (Claps of your hands.)

    And so everyone stood up.

    (Hands up - stretched out.)

    Stretched their necks together

    (Leaning forward.)

    And like geese hissed: "Shhhh."

(Turns the torso left and right.)

    They hissed, were silent

    And they galloped like hares.

    (Jumping in place.)

    Galloped, galloped

And they disappeared behind the bush.

    (Walking in place.)

A flower speaks to a flower

The flower says to the flower:

    “Pick up your sheet.

(Children raise and lower their hands.)

    Step out on the track

    Yes, stamp your foot:

(Children walk in place, raising their knees high.)

    Yes shake your head

Meet the sun in the morning.

    (Head rotation.)

    Tilt the stem slightly

    Here is a flower charger.

    (Bends.)

    Now wash yourself with dew,

Dust yourself off and calm down.

    (Shaking hands.)

    Finally, everyone is ready

Meet the day in all its glory.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    Mushroom

    Between soft spruce paws

    Rain drip, drip, drip!

    (Finger snap.)

Where the twig has dried up long ago

    (Rub your palms.)

    Gray moss, moss, moss.

(Put your palms on the table

    and fiddle with your fingers.)

    Where leaf to leaf stuck

(Raise your hands up, clapping your palms.)

A mushroom, a mushroom, a mushroom has grown.

(With the twists of the brushes

(sometimes one on top, then the other on top)

    hands up into the "lock".)

    Who found him, friends?

(Hands down and on the belt.)

    It's me! I AM! I AM!

(Turns the torso left and right.)

    Gray geese

    Gray geese flew

(Wave your arms to the sides.)

They sat quietly on the lawn,

    (Squats.)

    They walked around, ate,

    (Walking, bending.)

    Then they ran quickly.

    (Running and walking.)

    Children walked in the woods

    Children walked in the woods,

    (Children march in place.)

    Nature was watched.

(The palm is applied to the eyes.)

They looked up at the sun

(Raise their heads up, reach for the sun.)

    And their rays warmed.

    Butterflies were flying

    They flapped their wings.

    (They wave their hands.)

    Clap together

    (Clap their hands.)

    We stamp our feet!

    (They stamp their feet.)

    Well we took a walk

    (They march, inhale and exhale.)

    And a little tired!

(The children sit down in their seats.)

    The wind blows from above

The wind blows from a height.

    Ladders and shields are bent.

    Left-right, left-right

    Flowers and herbs are bowing.

    (Bends to the sides.)

    Now let's get together

    We'll all jump in place.

    Above! More fun! Like this.

    We go all the way.

    (Walking in place.)

We put our hands in front of the chest,

We will do jerking with our hands -

(Hand in front of chest, jerking with hands.)

    So the game is over.

It's time for us to study.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    We go for firewood

    We go for firewood

And we carry the saw with us.

    Together we saw a log

    It is very thick.

    To heat the stove

A lot needs to be cut.

(Children make movements that mimic the movements of the sawers.)

So that the wood gets into the stove,

We will cut them into planks.

(Children make movements like chopping wood.)

    Now let's collect them

And we will take it to the shed.

    (Bends.)

    After hard work

    You must always sit.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    Charging the squirrels

In the wilderness on a Christmas tree

Once upon a time there were two squirrels.

    (Stretch.)

    Lived together, did not grieve

And we were friends with charging.

    (Jumping on two legs.)

We got up early in the morning

    Depicted a kangaroo:

(Raise your hands to your ears.)

They clutched at the ears with their paws

And they leaned to the right and left.

    (Bends to the sides.)

    They clapped their hands together

    (Claps of your hands.)

    And they stretched like cats.

    (Circular motions with hands, stretch.)

    They stomped with their feet

(Walking in place with a flood.)

    They clapped their eyes

    (Blink your eyes.)

    They twisted their heads

(Turns the head to the sides.)

    They followed each other.

    (Walking in place.)

    Cat Antipka

Antipka the cat lived with us.

(They got up, hands on the belt.)

He got up from the couch at one o'clock.

    (Stretched, hands up, inhale.)

Stole sausages in the kitchen at two,

    (Tilts left and right.)

At three I ate sour cream from a bowl.

    He washed up at four.

(Tilts the head to the shoulders left and right.)

At five I was rolling on the rug.

    (Turns left-right.)

At six I was pulling herring out of the tub.

(Jerks in front of the chest.)

At seven I played hide and seek with mice,

    (Claps from front to back.)

At eight he slyly screwed up his eyes.

    (Squats.)

At nine, I ate and listened to fairy tales.

    (Claps of your hands.)

At ten I went to the bed to sleep,

    (Jumping in place.)

Because at the hour to get up.

    (We walk in place.)

    Grasshoppers

    Cheerful grasshoppers,

(Hands to the sides - in front of you.)

    Tirelessly

    (Circular motion with the forearms.)

    Forge from morning to evening

    (Claps in front of you.)

Knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock knock

(Knock your fist in front of you.)

    Cheerful babies

(Tilts of the body to the right and left,

    hands on the belt.)

    Minute road

    (Arms bent forward, forearms up,

    palms forward.)

    Forge wings for dragonflies

(Turns the torso to the left - to the right,

arms bent to the sides, shake hands.)

    Horns are forged on beetles.

(Walking with a high hip lift,

    arms above the head ("horns").)

They also work in the spruce forest,

    (Claps in front of you.)

    They forge in the raspberry-tree.

    (Knock fist on fist.)

    And only from idlers

(Semi-squat with a turn to the right,

shake your finger, repeat in the other direction.)

    And only from idlers

(Walking with treads, hands on the belt,

turns the head to the right - to the left.)

    Orders are not accepted.

    Swans

    The swans are flying

(Walking in place with raising hands

through the sides up and down (keep your posture).)

    They rustle with their wings.

(Bending forward, bending over, arms to the sides.)

    Bowed over the water

    They shake their head.

    (Head turns.)

    Straight and proud

They know how to hold on.

(Straighten up, hands behind your back -

    check your posture, pause 3-4s.)

    And very silent

    (Hands down - reach up.)

    They sit down in place.

(Sit down, keep your torso straight.)

    Frogs

There are two girlfriends in the swamp

    Two green frogs

Early in the morning we washed ourselves,

They rubbed themselves with a towel.

    They stomped with their feet.

    They clapped their hands.

    Right, left leaned

    And returned back.

We see them jumping along the edge

    Two funny frogs

    Jump-jump, jump-jump,

    Jump from heel to toe.

This is the secret of health.

    Hello to all friends!

(Students perform movements according to the text.)

The bear got out of the den

The bear got out of the den,

    Looked around at the threshold.

    (Turns left and right.)

    He stretched out of sleep:

    (Stretching - arms up.)

Spring has come to us again.

    To quickly gain strength,

    The bear's head twisted.

    (Head rotation.)

    Leaned back and forth

    (Tilts back and forth.)

Here he is walking through the woods.

    Looking for a bear roots

    And rotten stumps.

    They contain edible larvae -

    Vitamins for the bear.

(Tilts: with the right hand touch the left foot,

    then vice versa.)

    Finally the bear is full

And he sat down on a log.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    We planted a birch tree

    We planted a birch tree

    (Straighten up at the desk.)

    We poured water on it,

(Bend your arms to the captives, palms forward.)

And the birch tree has grown

    (Get up at the desk.)

    Raised branches to the sun,

    (Hands up.)

    And then she tilted them

    (Hands down, back straight.)

    And she thanked the guys.

    (Head bows, sit down.)

We are ready for the hike

    We're ready for the hike

But we do not move away from the desk.

    Raise your legs higher

    And we don't need roads.

    (Walking in place.)

    Birds learn to fly

    Smoothly flap your wings.

    We flew, we flew

    We went down and sat.

(Hands straight in front of the chest, then jerk

    divorced to the sides.)

    Leaning forward

    We bend back.

    Who gets the socks?

    Well done. Last time

    (Tilts back and forth.)

    All the guys rested,

And now it's time to go to school desks.

    (Children sit at their desks.

We went out to the forest lawn

We went out to the forest lawn,

    Raising my legs higher

    Through bushes and bumps

    Through branches and stumps.

    Who walked so high -

Did not stumble, did not fall.

We went down to the fast river,

    (We walk in place.)

We bent over and washed ourselves.

(Bends forward, hands on the belt.)

    One two three four,

    (Clap our hands.)

    That's how gloriously refreshed.

    (We shake our hands.)

You need to do this with your hands:

Together - once, this is breaststroke.

    (Circles forward with two hands.)

One, the other is a crawl.

    (Circles with hands forward alternately.)

All, as one, we swim like a dolphin.

    (Jumping in place.)

    Came ashore steep

    (We walk in place.) "

    And let's go home.

    We are autumn leaves

    We are autumn leaves

    We sit on the branches.

    The wind blew - flew.

    (Hands to the side.)

    We flew, we flew

And they sat down quietly on the ground.

    (Sit down.)

    The wind came running again

And he lifted all the leaves.

(Smooth swaying of the arms above the head.)

    Spun, flew

And they sat down on the ground again.

    (Children sit in their seats.)

    We are jumping frogs

    We are jumping frogs

    Inseparable girlfriends.

(Hands in front of the chest, fingers in the "lock".)

    Bellies are green

(Raise your hands forward, palms up.)

    Tempered since childhood.

(Hands to the sides, raise your forearms up,

clench your fingers into a fist.)

We are not sad and do not cry

(Hands left and right, fingers open,

palms forward in front of you)

We are friends, we do not swear,

(Friendly handshakes with the right hand from above,

    then left hand on top)

We ride through the puddles all day

(Four claps of the palms on the table.)

    We go in for sports.

(Clap in front of you, raise your hands up.)

We are skiing into the forest

    We're skiing into the forest

    We are climbing the hill.

The sticks will help us go,

The road will be easy for us.

    (Children wave their hands,

as if working with ski poles.)

    Suddenly a strong wind rose

    He twists the trees, twirls

And it rustles among the branches.

    Snow flies, flies, flies.

(Rotation of the trunk to the right and left.)

A bunny gallops along the edge,

    Like a white soft ball.

One jump and two jump -

    So our friend disappeared!

Although it's nice to ride here,

    We must study again.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    We turn our heads

    We turn our heads

    As if we firmly answer:

    "No, I won't, I don't want to!"

    Children can do it.

(Rotation of the head to the right and to the left.)

    We'll get some rest

    We'll get some rest

Let's get up, take a deep breath

    (We got up, stretched.)

    Hands to the sides, forward.

    (Hands to the side.)

    We're on the beach

    The sun is burning.

    (Walking in place.)

    Let's run to the river,

    (Running in place.)

    Let's plunge, swim.

    Oh, what a blessing!

    (Squats.)

But you also need to know when to stop.

    Let's run to class,

    (Walking in place.)

We will listen to the story there.

    (Leaning forward.)

    Children walked in the woods,

    Nature was watched.

(Turns the torso to the left - to the right.)

They looked up at the sun -

And the rays warmed them all.

    (Jumping in place.)

    Warmed by the bright sun

Let's talk about our observations in the summer.

    Children walked in the woods

We will have a little rest

Let's get up, take a deep breath

    Children walked in the woods,

    Nature was watched.

They looked up at the sun

    And their rays warmed.

    Miracles in our world:

    Children became dwarfs:

And then everyone stood up together,

    We have become giants.

    Butterflies were flying

    They flapped their wings.

    Clap together

    We stamp our feet!

    Well we took a walk

    And a little tired!

    We will clap our hands

    We will clap our hands

    Amicably, more fun.

    Our feet knocked

    Amicably, more fun.

    We'll hit the knees

    Hush, hush, hush.

    Our handles go up

    Higher, higher, higher.

    Our hands are spinning

    Sank below

    Spun around, spun around

    And they stopped.

(Movements are performed in accordance with the text.)

We sat down under a bush

We sat down under a bush

    To find the fungus.

We got up. They pulled the back.

We walk again along the path.

    (Squats.)

    Now we turn the knobs

As if we disperse the clouds.

We drive them back and forth,

    Twelve times in a row.

(Rotation of straight arms back and forth.)

    Squat lower, deeper

Like a frog in a warm puddle.

    Jump - and no mosquito!

    Here's a fun game.

(From a deep squat, jump up.)

    Rested, frolicked

And they sat down on the chairs.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    We are marching

We are walking, we are walking.

    Raise our hands higher

We do not lower our head.

    We breathe evenly, deeply.

(Walking in place with raising hands.)

Suddenly we see: from the bush

A chick fell out of the nest.

(Bend forward, touch the floor with your hands.)

    Quietly take the chick

    And put it back.

(Straighten up, raise your hands up.)

    Ahead from behind a bush

    The sly fox is looking.

    We will outwit the fox

    Let's run on our toes.

    (Running on tiptoes.)

We go out into the clearing

We find a lot of berries there.

    The strawberries are so fragrant

That we are not too lazy to bend over.

    (Leaning forward in motion.)

    How much have we seen

Both the river and the flowers.

Learned a lot of new things

And me, and you, and we.

    It's frosty outside

    It's frosty outside.

So that the nose does not freeze

I need to stomp my feet

    And clap your palms.

    (Children clap their hands

on the shoulders and stamp their feet.)

    Now let's imagine summer.

The river is warmed by the sun.

    We float, we float, we float;

We reach the bottom with our feet.

    (Swimming movements with hands.)

We come out of the creek

We are heading to the edge.

    (Walking in place.)

We sit there on a tree stump

And again we have a lesson. (Children sit at their desks.)

    Flowers grow in the meadow

    Flowers grow in the meadow

    Unprecedented beauty.

(Stretching - arms to the sides.)

Flowers reach out to the sun.

    Stretch with them too.

    (Stretching - arms up.)

    The wind blows sometimes

    Only it doesn’t matter.

(The children wave their hands to represent the wind.)

    The flowers are leaning

    The petals are lowered.

    (Bends.)

And then they get up again

    And they still bloom.

    Our rest - physical education

Our rest is a physical education minute.

    Take your seats!

Step on the spot left, right,

One and two, one and two.

    (Walking in place.)

    Hands raised and shook -

These are trees in the forest.

(Put your hands up and shake

    left-right, lower down.)

    They waved their hands

    The brushes shook

The wind knocks down the dew.

    (Circle with hands, shaking hands.)

Smoothly with our hands, children, wave,

    Birds fly to us

(Hands smoothly to the sides, hands gently lower down.)

We will show you how they sit down too

    (Sit down at the desk.)

    Fold the wings back.

(Hands behind your back, bring your shoulder blades together.

    Along the track

We walked along the path, walked

    (Children walk in place.)

    They found many pebbles.

Sat down (Sit down), collected (Get up.)

    (Children walk in place.)

Down the track, down the track

We ride on the right leg,

    (Bounces on the right leg.)

    And along the same path

We ride on our left leg.

    (Bounces on the left leg.)

    Let's run along the path

    We'll reach the lawn.

    (Running in place.)

On the lawn, on the lawn

    We will jump like bunnies.

(Jumping in place on both legs.)

    Stop. Let's get some rest.

And let's go home on foot.

    (Walking in place.)

    One fungus, two fungus

The goblin walked along the path,

Found a mushroom in the clearing.

    (Walking in place.)

    One fungus, two fungus,

    Here is a full box.

    (Squats.)

    Goblin groans: tired

    From squatting.

    Goblin stretched sweetly,

    (Stretching - arms up.)

And then he caved in back,

    And then bent forward

And he reached out to the floor.

    (Bends forward and backward.)

    And left and right

    Turned around. Well, fine.

(Turns the torso to the right and left.)

    Leshy performed a warm-up

And sat down on the path.

    (Children sit at their desks.)

    The sun is sleeping

The sun sleeps and the sky sleeps

(Folded palms to the left cheek, to the right cheek.)

Even the wind doesn't make noise.

The sun rose early in the morning

    (Raised their hands up, stretched.)

    He sent all his rays.

(We swing our hands raised up.)

    Suddenly a breeze blew

(We swing our arms open to the sides.)

    The sky is cloudy,

(They covered their face with their hands.)

    And he shook the trees.

    (Swinging the torso left-right.)

The rain pounded on the roofs

    (Jumping in place.)

The rain is drumming on the rooftops

    (Clap our hands.)

The sun is dropping lower and lower.

    (Leaning forward.)

So it hid behind the clouds,

    (We squat.)

Not a single ray is visible.

(They got up and hid their hands behind their backs.)

    Dragonfly

    Here is such a dragonfly

(Stand on your toes, hands up through the sides.)

    Like peas, eyes.

(Connect your index finger and thumb

both hands in a circle, put to the eyes ("glasses").)

    And herself, like a helicopter,

    (Turns to the sides.)

    Left, right, back, forward.

(Rotation of the forearms back and forth

    with a half-turn left-right;

    side bends.)

And there is dew on the grass

And there is dew on the bushes.

    (Lean forward, bend over.)

    We brushed off our palms,

    (Claps in front of you,

    hands alternately up and down.)

    The dragonfly flew away.

(Small frequent movements with the hands,

    hands to the side.)

    The jumper was scared

    Only the song remained.

(Hands behind your head, tilts left and right,

fold your palms into a megaphone and sing:

    "D-z-z-z, d-z-z-z, d-z-z-z, z-z".)

The deer has a big house

The deer has a big house,

    (Hands through the sides up.)

He looks out of his window,

    (Hands on your belt.)

The bunny runs through the forest

    (Jumping in place.)

He knocks on the door with his paw:

    "Knock, knock,

    (Claps of your hands.)

    Open the door!

There is an evil hunter in the forest. "

    (We stamp our feet.)

    "Bunny, bunny, run in,

    Give me a paw.

    (Claps of your hands.)

    Homka

    Hamster, hamster, hamster,

    (Claps of your hands.)

    Striped barrel.

(Turns the torso left and right.)

    Homka gets up early

    Hands up - stretched.)

Washes her cheeks, rubs her neck.

    (Facial massage.)

    Hamster sweeps the hut

    (Leaning forward.)

    And goes out to charge.

    (Walking in place.)

    One, two, three, four, five.

    Homka wants to become strong.

    (Claps of your hands.)

    Miracle wind

No, not the wind, the miracle wind

(A circular motion with the hands to the right.)

And it's not the forest that makes noise around

(Circular motion with hands to the left.)

    It's just a change

(Hands up, swing left and right.)

    For our tired hands.

(Bend your arms relaxed to the sides,

    elbows down, shaking the brushes.)

    Every finger danced

(Sort out alternately with your fingers.)

And he took off his fatigue.

    (Hands relaxed down,

    shake it with your hands.)

    Heron walks on water

    Heron walks on water

    And dreams of food.

    Raise your legs higher

You, like a heron, do not yawn!

(With a jerk, raise your leg bent at the knee,

    METHODOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT:

WE NEED PHYSICS, FOR CHILDREN, THEY ARE IMPORTANT!

educator of the highest qualification category

GBDOU kindergarten No. 118 Vyborgsky district St. Petersburg

    Introduction

According to physiologists, educational activity requires a lot of nervous tension from children. During direct educational activities in preschoolers of any age, their organs of vision, hearing, muscles of the hands and the entire body, often in a static position for a long time, experience a significant load. Outward manifestations of fatigue are loss of interest and attention, weakening of memory, decreased performance. In some children, excessive mobility is replaced by lethargy: they begin to turn away from the teacher, stretch, yawn, talk with each other. The slightest signs of the behavior of babies, such as those listed above, are an obvious signal for the educator that children urgently need physical therapy!

According to SanPin 2.4.1.3049-13, approved by Resolution No. 26 of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor Russian Federation dated May 15, 2013 "in the middle of the time allotted for educational activities, they spend physical education minutes." Thus, physical education minutes are a necessary component of any direct educational activity in a preschool educational institution, regardless of the age of the children.

This methodological development will help preschool educators understand the importance of physical culture minutes for preschoolers, compile their card index according to the proposed classification. Also here are various types of physical minutes and an approximate planning of their learning with children.

It should be noted that some of the proposed in this methodological development types of physical minutes are health-preserving technologies included in the list modern educational technologies ... These are eye exercises, relaxation exercises, finger exercises. You can find out how these and other innovative technologies can be used in the Portfolio of the professional activity of the preschool educational institution for the successful completion of certification in article by T.V. Korobova "Making notes and presentations in the portfolio of the professional activity of a preschool educational institution teacher using modern educational technologies"

The value of physical minutes for preschoolers

Any direct educational activity not associated with movement is a heavy load on the body of preschoolers, since they are characterized by instability of nervous processes. They quickly get tired, the stability of attention decreases, the children lose interest in the activity, which, of course, negatively affects its effectiveness.

Obviously, adults should prevent the onset of fatigue in babies, detect signs of its appearance in a timely manner and remove them as quickly as possible, more effectively, since fatigue, accumulating, can develop into overwork and cause various nervous disorders. Every educator should know that signs of fatigue in children 3-4 years old appear after 7-9 minutes of direct educational activity, in children 5-6 years old - after 10-12 minutes, at 7-8 years old - after 12-15 minutes! Fatigue can manifest itself in different ways: yawning, distracted attention, distraction, irritability, the appearance of involuntary movements, impaired posture and coordination of movements. One of the most effective ways to prevent fatigue, improve the general condition of children, and change their activities are short-term physical exercises, the so-called physical minutes. They relieve muscle tension caused by immobility, switch attention from one activity to another, calm the nervous system and restore the working capacity of children.

Physical minutes in a preschool educational institution, as a rule, are held approximately in the middle of direct educational activities for 1-2 minutes in the form of game actions. It is not at all necessary to spend only one physical minute, a greater effect will be from a combination of physical minutes of various types. But do not get carried away and do not exceed the time limit! Children like simple exercises, accompanied by verses and, if possible, related to the topic and content of the activity. The main thing is that the movements are simple, accessible and interesting to every child, they must be intense enough, affect many muscle groups, but not be excessive.

Funny physical minutes can be used in working with preschoolers from a very early age. They have a positive effect on brain activity, activate the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, improve blood supply to internal organs and improve the performance of the nervous system. Physical minutes is one of the compulsory, well-thought-out elements in direct educational activities. It is necessary and important, it is a “minute” of active and healthy rest. Physics is fun, interesting and useful!

    Classification of physical minutes

Physical exercise is fun physical exercise aimed at relieving fatigue. But fatigue of what? What are the children tired of right now? What is the most beneficial exercise? Educators should definitely know the answers to these questions before offering physical training to children.

There are countless different physical minutes. Nowadays, they can be found in a large number of books on the shelves of bookstores, and on the Internet. But do not forget that the choice of the most effective, suitable for your children right now physical minutes depends on what type of activity you are currently doing with preschoolers, because surely all educators will agree with me that it depends on what kind of rest, in what kind of physical minutes do kids need the most!

I hope that the presented classification will help my colleagues, preschool educators, create card index of physical minutes for various types and apply them in work with preschoolers. If desired, it is possible to form a card index differently, dividing physical minutes into groups used in various types of direct educational activities, but, in my opinion, this is impractical.

    1. Physical minutes - warm-ups (motor - speech)

Movement-speech physical minutes give rest to various muscle groups, activate the activity of the brain, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and improve the blood supply to internal organs. In addition, they help adults develop coordination of movements in preschoolers, stimulate the development of speech skills, activate memory, attention, and develop creative imagination.

Children really like to perform simple movements with rhythmic, easy-to-remember verses. In my work, I learn new physical minutes - no more than two warm-ups a month, I try to do this during morning exercises, on walks, etc., so that during direct educational activities all children know and perform movements, pronounce words.

Planning for learning physical minutes - warm-ups are recommended to be placed in the "Long-term annual planning for educational areas" In chapter " Physical development».

    2. Exercises for the eyes.

The burden on the eyes of a modern child is enormous. This is television with its round-the-clock children's channels, and a computer, and a cell phone, and other entertaining technical "things" without which a modern little man cannot imagine his life. And the eyes of the child rest only during sleep. Therefore, eye gymnastics is useful for children of any age in order to prevent visual impairment. Engage in prevention and you will not allow visual fatigue!

Electronic physical minutes for the eyes (physical minutes - ophthalmological equipment) are very interesting for children. This is a gymnastics for the eyes, prepared in advance with the help of computer technology. For example, a table with pictures is presented to the attention of preschoolers on the monitor. At the edge of the table sits a butterfly, which flies from one picture to another with every mouse click. Children follow her with their eyes and name the pictures on which the butterfly lands. But, unfortunately, the introduction of EOR in preschool educational institutions still leaves much to be desired, therefore, most often, educators independently make various visual tables or use a variety of eye exercises in their work.

Older children can, in order to rest their eyes, without getting up, look up, down, right, left, draw with their eyes a circle or the first letter of their name. But younger children are much more interesting if the exercises are accompanied by a poetic text.

It is recommended that the planning for the learning of the eye exercises be placed in the “Forward-looking annual planning by educational area” in the “Physical development” section.

In order for children to understand the goals of the exercises being carried out, it is recommended that in older preschool age to acquaint them with the concept of “Vision. Eyes are our helpers. " Methodological material for conducting direct educational activities on this topic is presented in the article "FGOS DO" Physical development ". Series of lessons " Healthy way life "in kindergarten»,

In my work, I try to learn no more than two new exercises per month. If the exercises are accompanied by verses, then I do not require all children to recite them. The main thing is eye movements!

Approximate planning of learning eye exercises with children in the kindergarten preparatory group

    3. Finger gymnastics.

For preschoolers, holding a pencil or brush in their hands is a lot of work. They squeeze their fingers very tightly, believing that the tighter they hold them, the more beautiful they will get a drawing, numbers or letters. As a result, the small muscles of the arm and hand quickly get tired and require relaxation. What can help in this case? The best physical moment in such a situation is finger gymnastics.

Read more about finger gymnastics. in article « Finger games - The best way development of fine motor skills of hands in preschoolers ",

Finger gymnastics helps to solve goals in various educational areas, therefore, the planning of learning finger games can be placed in the educational areas "Physical development", "Speech development", "Artistic and aesthetic development" in the "Perspective annual planning by educational areas". The place of planning depends on the goals set when learning complexes of exercises for fingers directly by you, dear colleagues.

    4. Relaxation exercises

It is known that during emotional stress, when a child is very excited, agitated, depressed, excessive stress occurs in certain muscle groups. Children on their own cannot get rid of this tension, they begin to get nervous, which leads to the tension of new muscle groups. Children need to be taught to feel this tension, change its degree, or release it altogether by relaxing certain muscle groups. When muscles are relaxed, emotional tension weakens or disappears altogether. . Relaxation technique "tension-relaxation"- this is the best way to learn to recognize the tension in the muscles and get rid of them.

Read more about relaxation exercises. in the article "Game relaxation exercises for older preschoolers ",

Planning game learning relaxation exercises it is recommended to place it in the "Perspective annual planning by educational areas" in the section "Physical development"

Let's start drawing again. (The hands were stroked, shaken, kneaded.)
    We drew today
    Our fingers are tired.
    Shake our fingers
    Let's start drawing again.
    Feet together, feet apart
We nail down the nail. (Children gently raise their hands in front of them, shake their hands, stamp.)
    We tried, painted,
And now everyone stood up together,
They trampled their feet, patted their handles,
    Then we squeeze our fingers,
    Let's start drawing again.
    We tried, painted,
    Our fingers are tired
And now we will rest -
Let's start drawing again. (When reciting a poem, children perform movements, repeating them after the teacher.)

    Stork.

(The back is straight, hands on the belt. Children smoothly and slowly raise either the right or the left leg, bent at the knee, and also gently lower it. Watch your back.)
    - Stork, long-legged stork,
Show me the way home. (The stork answers.)
    - Stamp with your right foot,
    Stamp with your left foot
Again - with the right foot,
Again - with the left foot.
After - with the right foot,
After - with the left foot.
And then you will come home.

We walk together through the forest.

We walk together through the forest
We are not in a hurry, we are not lagging behind.
Here we go out into the meadow. (Walking in place.)
A thousand flowers around! (Stretching - arms to the sides.)
    Here is chamomile, cornflower,
    Lungwort, porridge, clover.
    The carpet is spreading
And right and left. (Bend over and touch your left foot with your right hand, then vice versa - with your right foot with your left hand.)
Hands were stretched to the sky,
The spine was stretched. (Stretching - arms up.)
We all had time to rest

    Christmas tree.

Our tree is big (circular motion with your hands),
Our tree is high (stand on your toes)
Higher than mom, higher than dad (sit down and stand on your toes),
Reaches up to the ceiling (reach out).
Let's dance merrily. Eh, eh, eh!
    We will sing songs. La-la-la!
So that the tree wants to visit us again!

A sunflower grows in the yard.

A sunflower grows in the yard
In the morning he reaches for the sun. (Children stand on one leg and stretch their arms up.)
Next to him is the second, similar,
He also reaches for the sun. (Children stand on the other leg and stretch their arms up again.)
We turn the handles in a circle.
    Don't accidentally hit your friend!
    A few laps forward
And then vice versa. (Rotation of straight arms forward and backward.)
    We rested wonderfully
And it's time for us to sit down. (The children sit down.)

    A bunny came out.

The bunny went out for a walk.
The wind began to subside. (Walking in place.)
Here he gallops down the slope
    Runs into the forest green.
    And rushes between the trunks
Among the grass, flowers, bushes. (Jumping in place.)
    Little bunny is tired.
He wants to hide in the bushes. (Walking in place.)
Measured the bunny among the grass
And now we will freeze too! (The children sit down.)

    Smile.

    Up and down jerking hands,
As if we were waving flags.
    We knead our shoulders.
Hands move towards. (One hand up, the other down, jerking hands change.)
    Hands on the hips. Smile.
Lean left and right. (Bends to the sides.)
    Start squats.
Don't rush, don't lag behind. (Squats.)
And at the end - walking in place,
Everyone has known this for a long time. (Walking in place.)
    Repeat exercise
    We wave our hands cheerfully
    We knead our shoulders.
    One-two, one-two, one-two-three
Repeat the exercise. (One straight arm up, the other down, jerk to change hands.)
We rotate the body to the left,
    Three-four, one-two.
    We repeat the exercise:
Shoulders to the right, head. (Body rotation left and right.)
We all had time to warm up,
And they sat down again. (The children sit down.)

    The sun.

The sun came out from behind a cloud
We will stretch our handles to the sun. (Stretching - arms up.)
    Hands to the sides then
We will spread it wider. (Stretching - arms to the sides.)
    We've finished our warm-up.
    Legs and backs rested.

    Charger.

    Every day in the morning
    doing exercises.
    We like it very much
    do in order:
    It's fun to walk
    fun to walk.
    Raise your hands
    lower your hands.
    Raise your hands
    lower your hands.
    Squat and stand up.
    squat and stand up.
    Jump and jump
    jump and jump.

Consistency and consistency in adherence to the regime is the basis for the full development of a child. In kindergarten, special attention is paid to the observance of the regime to meet the needs of children in physical activity. And along with morning exercises, games of an active nature, physical education to solve this problem of the educational process, physical education minutes are held.

Goals and objectives of physical education minutes for the middle group

A physical culture minute in the process of engaging in educational activities is an optional regime moment lasting in the middle group 1-2 minutes, which consists in performing 1-2 physical exercise... As a rule, such pauses are organized in the interval between 12-16 minutes of the lesson, when the children’s attention decreases and they get tired.

The purposes of such pauses are:

    • prevention of fatigue in babies;
    • restoration of the function of the brain's working capacity (for example, in the classroom of a cognitive nature, physical activity during the physical education minute stimulates the areas of the cerebral cortex that were not involved in the lesson, and those that worked, on the contrary, rest).

Physical education helps not only to relieve stress, but also to harmoniously change one type of activity to another

The tasks of carrying out physical culture breaks are:

    • development of movement coordination;
    • fine motor skills training (for the middle group, this is the initial stage of preparing the hand for writing);
    • improving posture;
    • development of speech, voluntary attention and memory (due to memorization of movements and the words that illustrate them);
    • stimulating the interest of children in completing assignments with the teacher and comrades.

    How is the physical education

Movements are performed while standing. Moreover, children can stand at tables or go out to an empty seat. Exercises can include:

    • sipping;
    • body bends;
    • swing your arms up and down;
    • running in place;
    • squats;
    • low jumps;
    • walking.

Tasks can combine several types of exercises. For example, the "Furniture" physical minute combines walking in place, squats, training of the hands:

    • In the morning we will go to the store (walking on the spot) We will get furniture there: A tall wardrobe (they stand on their toes, stretch their arms up) And a stool, (squat down) A bed - we will sleep on it softly (put folded palms under the left cheek) We will buy a chair ( a bent left hand is attached to a straight right palm to make a "chair") And a large table (arms spread out to the sides) And we will take it home (turn the steering wheel).

Each type of movement is accompanied by a text - a nursery rhyme or a poem, which may be related to the topic of the lesson, or may be abstracted from it. Children pronounce the text line by line, inhaling at the beginning of the line and exhaling at the end - this is fundamentally important, since in this case, after completing the exercises, breathing will be calm and rhythmic.

It is interesting. Physical education in the middle group can be accompanied by music. In this case, the set of exercises may include several dance steps, performing 1-2 verses of a song with improvised movements (bends, squats).

Rhymes and music as an accompanying element of the physical minute develop a sense of rhythm in children

    When is a physical education

The physical culture break, as already mentioned, is not an obligatory element of the regime. Moreover, it is not carried out in all classes of direct educational activities (GCD). So, physical culture and music lessons are already saturated with movements, that is, it makes no sense to introduce them additionally. As for the lessons on visual activity, in working with the middle group, the teacher needs to focus on the state of the children. At the age of 4–5, children can do for quite a long time what they are interested in, which is especially evident in drawing or modeling lessons. Therefore, if the kids work with enthusiasm, they are not distracted, then they should not spend a physical education. The exception is pencil drawing classes: insufficient development of fine motor skills in pupils of the middle group leads to the fact that their fingers get very tired, therefore it is necessary to do physical education for the fingers.

For example, with my children, I carry out the exercise "Aty-baty":

    • Aty-bats, aty-bats! Soldiers are coming to the parade! Here are the tankers, Then the artillerymen, And then the infantry - Company by company! (Alternately "step" with the index and middle fingers of the right and left hand).

Summing up, the physical culture break in the middle group is carried out in the classroom for:

    • development of speech;
    • reading fiction;
    • the formation of elementary mathematical concepts;
    • familiarization with the environment.

    Techniques used for physical education

In the arsenal of the educator there are four groups of techniques for organizing interaction with children. However, not all of them are used when carrying out physical exercises.

    Verbal techniques

From this block of techniques, the teacher uses:

    • explanation for presenting the essence of the task to children;
    • rhymes as an accompaniment to exercises.

Explanation of the physical minute must be accompanied by a demonstration

    Visibility

From this group of techniques, the teacher attracts:

    • demonstration, performing all the movements of the physical education minute, so that the children understand the order of the exercises;
    • showing, using videos with physical education pauses as a role model, that is, children look at the screen and repeat the movements of the characters.

But the pictures that are usual in other activities in the middle group are not used too often, since they distract the kids from doing the exercises.

It is interesting. In older groups, pictures are used more often, but mainly in the form of step-by-step exercise schemes, which are still difficult for children of 4–5 years old to perceive.

Playful ways to interact with children

The physical activity of children in kindergarten is of a playful nature, therefore physical education is carried out in the form of games of a sedentary nature. Sometimes the repetitions of the exercises can be competitive in nature.

In my work, I practice repeating the exercise "Airplane" for speed:

    • Hands to the sides - in flight We send the plane, Right wing forward, Left wing forward. One two three four -
Our plane flew. (Stand feet apart, arms to the sides, turn to the right; turn to the left).

    Practical techniques

Drawings, applications, crafts in the context of physical education in the middle group are of an applied nature: they are performed as a reflection on the topic of an exercise.

For example, my pupils really like the physical education minute "A sunflower grows in the courtyard":

    • A sunflower grows in the yard, In the morning it reaches for the sun. (Children stand on one leg and stretch their arms up) Next to him is a second, similar one, He also reaches for the sun. (Children stand on the other leg and again pull their arms up) We turn the arms in a circle. Don't accidentally hit your friend! A few laps forward, and then vice versa. (Rotation of straight arms back and forth) We rested wonderfully, And it's time for us to sit down. (Children sit down).
    • You can also beat your favorite physical minutes in the craft.
